Jamie was a tremendous help every step of the way: from finding an architect to help with the plans to picking materials, to adding some design ideas of his own. We took the house down to bare studs and built back out from there and the entire experience was great. We had heard horror stories from others who did similar projects with other builders. Whenever a problem arose, Jamie had several options for us to choose from to keep things moving and stay in budget. It has been 4 years since our project was finished and the quality speaks for itself...we have had no issues with any of the workmanship. The woman they sent out for my estimate told me a bathroom remodel wouldn't be a good use of my money, quoted $40k for a 5x8 bathroom with no floor plan change, and then asked if I work- presumably because my scheduled estimate was mid-day on a Monday. Or maybe because I don't live in a wealthy, all white, neighborhood. All 4 other estimates I got from other contractors quoted under $20k. I've never been more disgusted by a company in my whole life.
