I know it's like a joke getting contactors in but it's not terribly funny when it happens to you. The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

Never showed or contacted me back as to why they didn't show or to reschedule. I went with a different vendor for my repair. Apparently this vendor only wants large jobs so if you have something smaller, do not bother to contact as it will just waste your time.

Then sent me a text asking me to pay him an EXTRA $1000 i told him i would pay what we agreed on. the job was never finished..trim work was not completed so now I can hire a 3rd contractor to finish this job. when i contacted Pete he refused to respond. he was paid the entire amount plus the extra job and I have an unfinished basement. very unprofessional. extremely shady business.
