They dug and moved who knows how many tons of dirt, shale and stone all by hand! They were super respectful of our property. They even moved and replanted one of my flowering plants out of way not to step on it! Really, no other contractors would do that. And other things like, filling in area that needed more stone, patching area in driveway with blacktop, spreading back the existing mulch, and just overall cleaning up the work area.
