Everyone he talked to was so sweet and genuinely excited for him. The boat and the lake were so lovely and we got the most stunning photos with the sunset. We really appreciate everything Lone Star Marina did to make sure everything went smoothly and their customer service was amazing. The boat looked clean and so nice in every photo and we couldn't be happier with our experience with them and with their boat! Always proactive in taking care of our Regal boat and jet skis. We've worked them from technical work to winterizing for over 10 years! Literally, never disappointed on the quality of work, advice and cost. It's hard to find such - literally high quality care and experts in Mabank/GBC/Tool/Malakoff. Ashley and Tim are amazing! Today, Ashley took the time to negotiate with their Volvo Penta supplier to not WAY over pay for replacement parts. Saved us A lot- Again! At 11:00 am, no one showed up or called. I called and requested an update. Later that day, the owner called me to tell me he was moving his office and could not make the appointment his office confirmed earlier that week. The owner then told me he would come by later that night or the next day. Neither happened and he never called me to tell me when he would be out. I texted the owners all day on Friday and Saturday morning to see whether they were coming and it was only when I was short with them on text that they actually called and let me know he had several other appointments and couldn't come.Why did you confirm the appointment if you couldn't come? Why are you moving your office on a day appointments were scheduled AND CONFIRMED. Basically, these guys stole $300 from me to tell me they would have to come back to repair the jet ski with no intention of doing so. CROOKS. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I contacted Mr. Bulter on May 29th, and he responded that same day indicating he would stop by my property and provide an estimate via email. I followed up with him twice afterward, and I've yet to hear back from him. Nothing, zip, nada..... Quality work is important. Responsive customer service is JUST as important. I won't do business with people like Mr. Butler who don't recognize responsiveness and following up with clients is very important. The good news is I've found a dock contractor who will get all my business, and his work is exceptional.
