He did a horrible job to include…read moreleaky plumbing, patched over a rotted section of floor, measured incorrectly and ruined floor plan, windows and trim not sealed so multiple leaks, didn't seal seams around cabinets and floors so dirt was everywhere on floors, shelf that kept coming away from wall, window fell out while towing, Cushions didn't fit dinette and then I found out he couldn't get the title. He went way over budget without telling me so I purchased an overpriced, no title camper, that was ruined by his work. He blocked me on FB from leaving a review. He does not stand by his work and charged me for the new glass and almost kicked me off his property when I tried to point out all that was wrong with his work. He preys on women with campers. There are several other customers he has scammed. Beware!!

I followed up with him twice afterward, and I've yet to hear back from him. Nothing, zip, nada..... Quality work is important. Responsive customer service is JUST as important. I won't do business with people like Mr. Butler who don't recognize responsiveness and following up with clients is very important. The good news is I've found a dock contractor who will get all my business, and his work is exceptional.
