Since my mother moved here, I am convinced she has gained not only new friends but also quality years in her overall health and well-being. I was living at Silver Creek by Bonaventure, but had to move (No fault of Silver Creek by Bonaventure or the company of Bonaventure itself. Just my family making decisions for me). Now I have a tiny one bedroom one bathroom assisted living apartment at Cedar Ridge by Bonaventure with a "kitchenette" (no stove, but a microwave). Just big enough for me and my 2 cats. Yes they do allow pets here. I'm on the assisted side because #1, that's all they had at the time I moved in, & #2, that's the only way Medicare will take residents, is if they're on assisted living. The apartments are really nice and clean, their food is really good (not 5 star restaurant good, but good), they do weekly housekeeping or more if you need it, they have activities up the butt if you want to join in, they have bingo nights and a twinter, it's just a big room with a big screen tv and they show movies that are on Amazon Prime twice a day. They do outings (when it's not COVID) and they have a bus that does grocery runs and Dr runs a few days a week for those who don't drive or can't drive. I use that usually in the winter. The staff here is amazing. They're really nice and so easy to talk to about any concerns you might have, either with the community, your apt, or personally. It's just a good place to be. read more

i intend to move out of this community. this afternoon i met with travis, executive director, to discuss concerns i have about this residence. he verbally attacked me, saying my complaints are the only ones he's heard, which is a baldfaced lie. travisbasically called called me a liar saying i arrive in the dr late. since i couldn't get anything one night, i have been down there before the meal starts. the residents shouldn't have to hope and pray that they can get a meal. some of the food items they have under ordered are as follows: * cream * butter * gravy * fruit-fresh/canned * lettuce * soup du jour * fresh cookies everyday there are food sortages in the west dining room. i am paying close to 5k a month and stillcannot count on getting a meal that i can enjoy my expressed concerns are as follows: also the toilet has stopped up 13 times since i moved in. they finally ordered a new toilet. the new toilet still has not been installed. this was supposed to be relaxing, a place in which i could feel safe and well-cared. it has been safe, with exception of the care staff manager and her veiled threat that my care plan could change. all of this is very stressful. this awful mistake has cost me dearly. linda, please reconsider recommending this place to anyone who wants to have good meals without being told it is their fault why the food is unavailable. the management is very accomating on the entrance side, not at all when you have complaints/concerns. as i write this accounting, i am fuming. i moved here thinking it would be good, now i know i was hoodwinked by the marketing staff. btw, i will be sharing my experience online and verbally. i should have done my due diligence before moving into unacceptable retirement/assisted living community. to add insult to injury, there is no refund policy. this indicatesobviously, the corporation does not believe in satisfied residents. moreover, it's policy is you moved in here, no refunds.. please feel free to contact me regarding this experience. here is my contact information: sandre r, maxwell 9515 198th ave. east #212 bonney lake, wa 98391 giselle-marie@msn.com read more

They are constantly understaffed creating a fast paced and hazardous environment. You can hear the cook constantly yelling at the staff who are running around with their heads cut off to please her. At the end of the night the staff is on the verge of tears from the harrassment they are receiving from the cook and it us heart breaking to hear and see. read more
