One was the attitudes of the daycare workers, one named Moisha and she would tell my mother on accusations very negative remarks about one of my twin boys. My kids stayed sick almost the whole 2 months they were there before we pulled them out. To expand, we picked them up they were ALWAYs dirty- faces weren't wiped, runny noses, crusty food on there clothes and face and looked disheveled. I was 7 months pregnant and they wouldn't help/ offer to take the boys to the car so I would have to carry both boys out to my car. They claimed they couldn't assist in taking the children out even knowing how hard it was on me. I had to bring my mother to help. As we continued to pick the boys up we always dealt with rude attitudes from the assistants in there crawler room they were in. I was very excited to start them at this daycare, but as time went on I changed my mind. One day, after my children were returning to the daycare after contracting hand food and mouth from this place, I texted the teacher after my kids had been out for over a week asking how the twins were doing and she stated "they are fine, you don't need to text me every day asking about them, I will text you if there is a problem" I thought this was very rude and disrespectful as a mother who just had two sick babies out and is asking for an update on how they were getting back acclimated with being back after since they were out over a week. It was about a week after that I pulled them out. I am not one to be knit picky about stuff and understand teachers are busy but this was uncalled for. I would not recommend this place to any parent to put their kids in. Read some of the other reviews. They are pretty bad.

I've been very happy with the overall quality of the program, the caregiver-to-child ratio, and the professionalism of the staff. Many of the parents who work at NGHS transferred their children here when the NGHS childcare center closed, which to me is a vote of confidence. In particular, Miss Shanice and Miss Christy have been taking good care of my son, who's been dealing with some separation anxiety after a stressful move. They receive several meals and are checked routinely for wet or dirty diapers. If an accident (even minor), they fill out a form describing the incident, which brings me a lot of peace of mind. In addition, there are multiple security cameras and a unique access code for each parent. I'm very pleased. Great job Tasha and Susan!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! They replaced our daughters spot with…read moreanother child because we got Covid. If I could give negative stars I would!!! All the owner Cassandra cares about is money NOT your kids and she's very rude. We notified them the first week of December that our family tested positive for Covid. They asked us to Quarantine which I completely understand. Than said we will not be able to bring our daughter back until we provided a negative Covid test for everyone in our household which in some instances can take weeks or even months to receive a negative test depending on the way your body reacts to the virus. " CDC guidelines were 10 day Quarantine at the time but no problem, we too want to ensure the safety of the other children and their families." They then told us after we provide a negative Covid test that we need to Quarantine our daughter for an additional 10 days, "Like What!?! We have jobs that we have to get back to which is why we have our daughter enrolled in daycare. Still no problem we will work around the daycares guidelines and find additional child care for the those days." After all of that we contacted the daycare when we were finally able to bring our daughter back and they proceeded to tell us that they replaced our daughters spot at the daycare with another child and that we will no longer be able to bring our daughter because they do not have any more room. At the same time telling us that we owe them $785 for the time that she was not there and they did absolutely nothing except replace our daughters spot to try and collect more money. They told us that they sent us a couple emails while we had Covid and said we needed to pay them or they were replacing our child. I'm sorry but Covid hit us pretty hard and the last thing we were thinking about was checking our email everyday to see if we still had childcare. I never received a phone call until the day before she was to go back to daycare at 4:00 pm and they told me that we can not bring our daughter in the next day!! Keep in mind every daycare in our area is currently full for infants with a minimum of 2-3 months wait time. The funny thing is I asked to speak with Cassandra (The Owner) because she had one of her employees call to break this news to me and we were told that she is on vacation and currently inaccessible to her email!!! Go figure, complete hypocrite!! We had our daughter there for 4-5 months, Ms, Shirley was great with our daughter but completely over worked. Many times they were short staffed and although they say their policy is 5 infants-to-1 teacher which is already a lot she was at many times watching a lot more. We were constantly fighting a diaper rash at home because it is physically impossible to change her as often as she needed to be with that workload. They would have trouble updating the app with feeding and changing times because they were so busy. And when we initially enrolled her we were told that we would receive photos posted through the app daily of our baby girl. NOT ONCE did they ever post a photo of her. This place is no where near worth the $1000 a month price tag!!!

She attended for 8 months with Ms. Christina before transitioning to Pre-K, and it was such a great experience for her. I received pictures throughout the day and daily reports at pick-up, which gave me so much peace of mind. This is where she really began developing her social skills, building relationships with other children, and becoming more aware of her emotions. I'm so grateful for the care and support she received during such an important stage.

This is a serious warning for every parent. Please talk to…read moreyour children about what happens to them when they're sent to the office. What I've personally witnessed and reported is alarming, and it's not isolated. A teacher who was previously arrested was allowed to return to work--even after earlier incidents involving a child. That alone should tell you how much is being hidden. There is a pattern of staff protecting each other, covering up situations, and ignoring the safety and emotional well‑being of the kids. The entire office staff, along with the family members they've placed in positions there, desperately needs to be replaced. Their lack of patience and compassion--especially toward children with disabilities--is unacceptable. If your child is nonverbal, I strongly urge you not to enroll them here. They monitor these reviews, and that's fine. Something has to change, because these children deserve better. If you want to understand why so many parents are speaking out, search online for complaints about "magic years of learning." The truth is out there, and it's disturbing.
