The property is a nice size, but you do circle around a few times. We got to go different speeds and terrains during the ride. Jessica and her husband were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was running late on my birthday 10-24 and was called at 6:06pm by Sandi Bryant. I informed her of my location and that I would arrive shortly. She proceeds speaking to me in a condescending tone stating I need to call if I'm going to be late. I replied agreeing that if I were to be late again I would make sure to call. She responds frantically stating there may not be a next time because my child will be suspended. I asked her why would she be suspended when there's a late fee penalty of $1 per min. This was my 3rd time being late since august... her response was "this shouldn't have happened more than once!" If you are a working mother then you understand this happens occasionally and the last thing you need is a disgruntled employee taking their frustrations out on you because she has to stay late everyday. News flash‼ parents are late sometimes. We are in a populated area where traffic is extreme at times. Where is my grace as a parent?? Especially since I am going to be charged a fee anyway!!! I contacted HOPE ANDERSON who had zero urgency to even respond to my initial complaint. She did not respond UNTIL I THREATENED W/THE MEDIA. She was of no assistance and only further perpetuated the discrimination. She took the side of Sandi instead of actually investigating. I was told my child was withdrawn bc I had been late even though each occurrence was over 30 days from the last and because I had to be "called" for payments. There's no proof that they have EVER called due to a late payment especially when the TADPOLES app SENDS A PAYMENT REMINDER IN THE APP AUTOMATICALLY. Their policy states if no payment by Tuesday the child can not continue. My child NEVER missed a week. So how are those JUSTIFICATIONS for withdrawal?? THIS DAY CARE does NOT CARE ABOUT BLACK AND BROWN CHILDREN. I called CADENCE EDUCATION (headquarters)in Scottsdale's Arizona to make a complaint... No one answered from ANY DEPARTMENT nor did they return my messages. Here is proof that HOPE ANDERSON ONLY RESPONDED WHEN THREATENED WITH MEDIA ATTENTION.

After months of trying to contact with them asking for an update on my refund, I was only given excuses and was constantly told that the person responsible for issuing the refund was always busy and could not talk at that time. This place is a scam and I would never trust the care of my child to them.

They market themselves as a developmental program, but once they take your $1,500, player development ceases unless your child is one of the "favorites." Instead, you are paying a premium just for your child to serve as the practice squad for the preferred players. ​The blatant favoritism is glaring. The preferred players stay on the court to accumulate minutes even when they are consistently turning over the ball, making critical errors, and causing the team to lose. Meanwhile, the benched players are never given a chance. Kids get zero equal opportunity or playing time without parents constantly advocating. Furthermore, the organization has zero allegiance to the families who paid; if they think they can't win, they will pull outside players from other places and plug them in, stripping opportunities away from the kids who have been there. Thus, on top of registration, you are forced to pay gate fees at every tournament just to sit there and watch other kids play. The leadership and staff are entirely toxic. The current 9th grade coach, Dylan, is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The director, Jordan, actively emboldens and protects this behavior, giving Dylan complete deference simply because he allegedly played professionally overseas--as if that automatically makes him a competent or respectful youth coach. ​Because of the leadership, the actual training is a joke. If the coach is upset about a game performance, his response is to just smoke the team--making them run back and forth instead of actually drilling the plays they need to know. It's completely counterintuitive. When Jordan steps in or interrupts, he just hollers at the kids as if they should have ESP and automatically understand his instructions, even though they don't work with him consistently. The kids just end up frustrated and confused. To top it off, the HoopSeen circuit they play on is a total travesty and a blatant money grab. The odds are completely stacked against the children and it is incredibly demoralizing. A 15-year-old child will routinely be matched up against 17- and 18-year-olds who are reclassing or playing down. Because of normal growth and development, these older kids are obviously much taller and stronger, making the games entirely unfair. It's hard to believe reputable scouts would come to these tournaments because it's a hodgepodge mess where people lie about what team they qualify to be on. Overall, Suwanee Sports Academy staff do not care about training, growth, or the kids' well-being; they only care about winning and using parents as wallets. The complete lack of respect for paying repeat patrons has been eye-opening, disheartening, and extremely disappointing. The old leadership is missed. Save your money and your child's confidence--avoid this place at all costs!

I could rave about this program all day. We've had the pleasure of seeing Beyonce, Shay, and Micah on a weekly basis and they go above and beyond! I love being able to support a local black owned business. I've never ever had a bad experience here and my son has grown so much. We've made lots of connections with different parents. It's not just TLG but the friendships and love that are gained along the way! It's also always super clean, immediate cleanups if anything gets spilled!
