The care I received was very, very good, the doctor and nurses were very caring and very professional. Not only this, but the place was very clean and extremely organized.. both trips to the clinic my wait time was maybe at the most five minutes. I've never received such kindness and good caring from any walk-in clinic before. Sheridan is lucky to have such a health facility is this.

My wife took a fall at Devils Tower and by the time we got to our hotel in Sheridan could barely…read morewalk. While she got some sleep, by morning she was again walking very gingerly and felt she needed to get checked so we could decide how to proceed. We chose this care center because, since it was associated with the hospital, should additional testing or procedures be needed it might flow more smoothly. We arrived a little before opening time and we're first through the door. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and understanding. We were shown to the treatment room, where the nurse took my wife's vitals and symptoms. Shortly afterwards, the physician's assistant came in, checked her knee thoroughly, and recommended an X-ray which was accomplished by a portable machine. My wife didn't even have to leave her chair. The PA came back with his opinion of the X-ray, then came back again with the remote radiologist's review. We left about 90-minutes after our arrival with a prescription, a couple of OTC recommendations, and a tremendous sense of relief. We continued our trip with my wife reporting much improvement by the end of the day. We were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The facility seemed new, or at least we'll-maintained.

Neglectful medical care!! We have spent 100s of dollars on over the counter meds, he has no appetite and can hardly swallow and they think he needs to endure this hell longer!! Don't trust these quacks with your loved ones!! So very angry that I finally talk him into going in and they pull this stuff. How can we even trust our medical community any longer!! He was treated for a very low heart rate and extremely high blood pressure. The ER staff was wonderful. Doctors recommended a pacemaker. He had the surgery 6/15/26. His treatment was excellent from ER to discharge. Amazingly wonderful staff. Physicians who were knowledgeable and compassionate and gave him the gift of time. The ICU staff was memorable. We did not encounter one negative during his entire stay. We are from Memphis, TN. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years. Two of our daughters are RNs. I have been an inpatient more times than I can tell you and none of us have ever seen such an amazing staff. The hospital was clean. The food from the kitchen was more than excellent. One of our RN daughters flew to WY with me on 6/14. She was impressed with everything. One of my husband's doctors came to the hospital on Sunday and had worship with us. He and his son played stringed instruments, sang and prayed. God was so glorified through our experience.

Rude doesn't even begin to describe them. As for the care quality, go to Billings. You will be treated better as a person, and they actually give a crap about you. As someone who owns shares in this place, I will be terminating my shares and investing in a place that cares and is able to treat people with dignity.
