In the past 3-4 years I have had 3 windshields replaced here, (2002 Forester, 2016 Forester, 2007 Honda Fit) and one stone chip repaired on the 2016 Forester just yesterday (1/23). They did great work each time and I am extremely particular. I had no problems whatsoever with the quality of their work, every repair was done in a timely fashion, and they were nice, friendly and respectable at the desk. CEEB GLASS Facebook had 5 star reviews. The Yelp reviews are accurate. The business is so bad at communication and getting a quote or a date to fix one window. The person who answers the phone is curt and uncaring. How are these people still in business. Thank God Massillion has many window repair businesses than CeeB glass. In a business transaction the one thing that I appreciate the most is honesty. I brought a window in and was quoted 10-14 days for glass replacement. At the end of the day I waited 25 days for this to happen and I wasn't even called by the business. I had to call in to inquire and magically my window was ready today. Imagine that. When a business gives me their word on anything I 100% hold them to it. Due to this company's lack of organization or lack of care (I'm not sure which one) I've been showing a house on the market with a broken window. I'm still at the store waiting for them to install the glass into my window. I was told this would take 30-45 minutes and I'm currently on minute 100 and counting. Janice the shop manager didn't seem to happy about me calling her out regarding the gross miscalculation of how long it would actually take and was rather passive aggressive with her response about how the guy repairing my window is new and there's nothing she can do about it. What a joke CEE B glass is. Not happy. Won't be back and every contact that I have in this business will know about my experience here. read more

First off, my insurance agent sent me to this shop to replace broken windshield. Cool, fine. I pick up car and start to drive home when I notice rear-view mirror is broken. Too late to do anything that day, so I go back next morning. The tech who looks at it says there's a broken clip - but (Here's the kicker) denies that their shop broke it. Lies right to my face. I speak to office manager and state that I now cannot recommend this shop if I'm going to be lied to and treated like a moron. She says to come back next day. (when replacement is will be in Tells me to come at 9am and owner will here. Shop up at 9am and desk manager says he waited then left. I was told to be at nine, I'm 5 minutes early and he has bailed. Don't recommend in any way shape or form. read more

recommended by coworkers, I didn't hesitate to accept estimate to install 2 windows including wrapping of window frames. Installation was poor with exposed shredded, ripped wood surrounding the windows, with holes exposed to the elements, incomplete areas of caulking and NO window wrap was done. No window job is complete without wrapping of windows! When I complained, they had a worker to come check it out and I received a call offering to provide me a "discount" on window wrap, as if the estimate did not and would have not included window wrap. I found their commitment to excellence, poor and insulting, and concerns about completing a job the correct way, dismissive and dishonest. Perhaps my zip code didn't qualify me for quality workmanship. read more

So I requested an in home appointment to measure a new dining table and add a piece of glass to the top. Quickly came out and measured. Quoted a price very fair. After that is when it got a little hairy. I can understand elapsed time for inventory and measuring and cutting time. My issue is I wasn't given any reasonable expectation of time. I wasn't reached back out too once after the measurements were taken. I had to call them every time. Mostly leaving messages for return calls to which I received about half of them back. My time frames were given in "Ish" fashion. Literally. "I don't know maybe a week-ish" which was actually 3. The the conversation and quote was requested from the beginning of this 5 week process as delivered and installed. Which was quickly forgotten or ignored as I was told that would be several more weeks for an available day that worked for me and them , and would be $60 more. Also looking back I was disappointed that no options for the edges, types of glass or anything were discussed. I got what I got with no knowledge given. That being said the glass worked for its purpose, looks nice, edges and cuts are good, the securing tabs worked well and the price was fair. It was just the service, communication and time that suffered. read more

I had delivery vehicle with multiple chips in the windshield. I don't have time for the driver to sit around and wait for the chips to be repaired. They came out to where the car was parked, and repaired all the chips while the car wasn't being used. read more

I took 1 rectangle piece of glass for my Mom's coffee table to be duplicated and have two pieces cut. I had to call 3 times to ask about these two small pieces to see if they were done. Each time I called they still were waiting to be cut. They told me they would be done by Fri or Mon when I first dropped it off....three weeks later I finally was able to pick them up. One time the guy who was supposed to cut it was out sick, another time they said something broke and they had to order whatever they needed for my glass pieces. I had to ask for a discount instead of them offering or being apologetic that my glass took 3 times longer than they originally said. They seem like nice people but they dropped the ball on this whole situation. If they had called to update me at some point I wouldn't have had such a negative experience. Go to Canton Glass on 12th, I should've went there like my Mom said in the first place. read more
