The attendant was really friendly and helpful. This is just a convenience store and not a gas station. Really good to have one in such close proximity to a cluster of hotels where in the past we've had to go a considerable distance to have this option.

He said it was very good and he enjoyed it. Fries had just come out of the fryer so they were nice and hot for both orders. I had the Double Cheeseburger with fries ( no salt ) and they made that happen. Both burgers were big and juicy not dried out like some fast food places. It was well worth the stop best juicy burger I have had in awhile. Prices were decent and we enjoyed our time together talking no hustle and bustle like other restaurants. They have music playing there as well. The inside is pretty huge, as it contains more than just snacks .... it has a restaurant, donut station, clothing and gifts, as well as the usual coffee and beverages and ice cream. Their gas prices are competitive (Exxon). But I wanted to make note of the service there. Becky had a great sense of humor, and she happened to be a manager elsewhere. I stayed around to enjoy the snack I purchased there, and I saw a lady who looked troubled. Becky rushed out of the Center and hugged the lady. That's customer service times 10! I stopped pumping and went inside. The clerk appoligized and typed on his register, said it was fixed. I asked about what I had already pumped and was told, sorry you'll have to reset the pump. I reset the pump and it still showed $2.119. I went back inside, the clerk tried again and instead of lowering the pump price, the posted price increased to $2.119!! Good old bait us in with advertisement and then charge all you can!! You can bet I will share this disception with everyone I know.

You will arrive at a side street for which to use for turning around.. According to the owner there will soon be taco trucks and hot off the smoker barbecue available.. Drive up beer AND barbecue!! So, if you plan on driving North on 35 and don't feel like sitting in the endless construction traffic, then exit I35 just South of Temple and pick up 317 North. Leads you North of Waco (and you can still get Kolaches off exit 353 at Czech House or Slovaceks)... I've never actually gone inside the building, and I'm not even sure if the building is open during this pandemic. I really recommend stopping by if there isn't a line already. The woman at the window seemed nice and was patient while we looked over the menu. The drinks were good and the sizes were pretty big. I had a lot going on that day, so I didn't get a chance to finish my drink when I got home. I stuck my leftovers in the freezer and finished them the next evening. Still good! I was greeted by a friendly worker when I entered, and found the food service by following the yummy smell of onions cooking. I went for a bacon cheeseburger & some fries. $9.27 out the door before a tip. The cook was great & accomodared all of my requests. I told the cashier that I was going to wait outside with my dog & I'd be back inside in about 5 min for my food. About 3 min later, the cook came out the door & delivered my food to me! Great service, tasty burger & fries. I'll be back to try some other menu items soon! Don't let the outside discourage you from going in. It's a bit old looking. It's worth going in! Cute grocery store
