We took the the boat ride and dinner, but we got on the small ship, the temperature outside was about 96 degrees. The air conditioning on the small ship was worthless, even with a couple of fans on the floor, we were sweating like crazy. I finally asked one of the servers for a towel to mop up the sweat. Dinner was served with a dose of fruit and fruit flies Everybody was in the same state, as soon as supper was done, most people went outside. Then the flies started biting! Me and three of my friends were here for the weekend and booked the 6 hour bar hopper cruise and had a blast! Luke and CJ were amazing and made sure that we were all taken care of throughout the whole day. 10/10 best part of the trip. read more

My wife and I took the evening cruise on Lake of the Ozarks. The cruise itself was very enjoyable. Nice scenery and views of many homes, condos and resorts along the lake. The crew was very friendly and helpful. We went in April, which is before the busy tourist season begins, so on our cruise, there were only about 20 passengers total, and we had full access to the boat. The narration over the intercom was OK. It gave some informative details about the lake and when it was created. As for the food, it wasn't gourmet, but it was a decent, enjoyable meal. All in all, it was a nice, enjoyable 90 minute cruise. read more

Fireworks were great but could be seen from Bagnell Dam for free. Drinks and snacks were too expensive and there isn't nearly enough seating outside to enjoy the lake views. Tickets were also too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this cruise. read more

We went on the Christmas holiday cruise in December 22 and again this past Memorial Day 23 and brought friends visiting from California. Both cruises were awesome!! The food on these cruises were delicious and the crew members were very friendly and helpful. We will be back with more visitors. read more

Very easy to set up. Options for dinner included in reservation process. Price is reasonable. Boarding was smooth and easy, but we were not initially directed to the dining area where our table was reserved. The cruise is pleasant, very nicely narrated and informative. Corn was definitely from a can, Mac and cheese, and the chicken tenders were okay and the 'roll' it came with was hard as a rock. Definitely from the day before. Nice, hot day on Lake of the Ozarks. Took the narrated cruise. Fun information but the best part outside the scenery was the drinks and pulled pork sliders. Best food bargain at the lake. Boats could use a good deep cleaning along with new flags. Sat on the bow most of the time and enjoyed seeing some of the homes from the water but there was smoking allowed and that totally ruined it. People can hold off smoking for a few hours. The actual boat and accommodations were good. The crew was excellent. The music fair. The appetizers were sub-par. I have done this cruise two other times in past years and would say that this time was not as good in the areas of entertainment and food. read more

We did do the lunch portion of the cruise, however, the food was not the best I have had. I would not order the lunch again. I had the pulled pork, and it was so dry and very tough to chew. Never take children on this cruise. The organization dislikes children on their cruises. We took a family of 19 which was over half the capacity of the boat and the owner approached us because one of our grandchildren was crying and asked if we were going to be able to control the child. we thought he was joking. I asked if he ever had children or had ever been in a situation where a child was crying. We spent over $1100 on this cruise and was on edge the whole time. Without regard to the above mentioned issue, the cruise was worthless, and the food was horrible. I would never recommend this cruise to anyone let alone anyone with a family read more

My wife and I went on the 6:00PM dinner criuse, but did not buy the meal package. As as soon as they found out we were non eating passengers, they sent us to the upper deck on the back of the boat. It was a hot sunny day, but they did'nt bother to put the upper deck canaopy out. Also, there was no mention of where the rest rooms are, which just happened to be in the lower deck air conditioned dining room. They also failed to mention to the non eating guest, that was an outdoor, water level viewing are on the front bow. The whole 1 hr 45 min cruise only covered the upper 5 miles of the lake. If there is a speed restriction on the lake, explain that up front in the trip description, so people can decide if its worth $40 & 2 hrs to see 5 miles of to a 95 mile lake. I would not recomend this trip to any one. read more

Merting the couple at our table was great. Perhaps a trip in the summer vs Christmas would have had a different outcome. We chose the evening "sunset cruise" during our trip to Lake of the Ozarks and are really disappointed. We were under the impression that we were going to learn about the lake as we cruised, but that did not happen. Once on board, the only voice was that of the Captain who greeted us and then at the end, he came on and let us know we could depart. There was no narration whatsoever. It was just a very slow boat ride to nowhere and because we were not having dinner, our seating choices were minimal. We sat in a very hot bar area with dirty windows for looking out. A/C was minimal at best. Not enjoyable one bit. The final straw was that there was a older gentleman on the boat with a gun in his pocket. There is a sign prohibiting anyone from bringing a firearm aboard, but some people just don't like rules! He unholstered his gun and hid it in his back pocket. As he sat down, the gun rose way above the pocket and made us all VERY uneasy. As we departed the ship, we informed the captain that this man had a gun and his response to us was, "yeah, that's Lake of the Ozarks". He just didn't care! This was supposed to be a great excursion and it was anything but that. Never again. read more
