This place becomes more disappointing with every visit. The room they placed us in was beyond disgusting. It's unacceptable to expect patients and their families to wait in such an unsanitary environment, especially in a medical facility. To make matters worse, we waited over an hour before the doctor came in to see my son for his appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for the condition of the exam room. I'm extremely disappointed with this establishment. For most parents, a quality doctor is always high on the list of needs. They don't come much higher than Celebration Pediatrics' doctors. My kids have been going here for over 5 years. The doctors are always super friendly, courteous, and thorough. They always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is amazing! They're always super friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to help. My only "complaint" is that they're are always super busy. Absolutely love the PA at the new location she is very patient, kind and takes the time to speak with my kids about how they are feeling and areas that are bothering them. The male nurse/ medical assistant is very patient as well- he is very efficient at getting vitals and status of why we are in. Adrianna (I think I got her name right) from the front desk is absolutely fantastic as well. She greets my kids with a smile even in the early morning and was very kind when I explained why we were a few minutes late. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Celebration Pediatrics Association. On Friday, February 27, I received both a text and email asking me to confirm my son's annual appointment, which had already been rescheduled back in September to the following week I didn't think anuy about it because dr offices usually reschedule, or cancel the appointment due to emergency they may come up with the providers. I confirmed the appointment through the patient portal as requested since it was after the office closed and the weekend . However, when I arrived on Monday, March 2 in the morning . and checked in for 8am I was told my son did not have an appointment -- even though staff could see an appointment scheduled in their system for that day. I rearranged my work schedule over the weekend and took time out of my day to bring my son in, only to be told I could wait for an opening that might take an hour or more, with no estimated timeframe and no guarantee we would be seen. The front desk staff showed little empathy, and the office manager did not come out to address or help resolve the issue. Situations and errors can happen, but professionalism, communication, and customer service matter -- especially in a pediatric office where families rely on organized and compassionate care. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope improvements are made so other families do not experience the same frustration. read more

This was my son's first visit to Celebration Pediatrics. Scheduling the appt was a breeze. The guy who answers the phone is so polite and very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what I needed for the visit and how the visit would go. When we arrive to the clinic we were warmly greeted and felt right at home. We were called to the back by Medical Assistant Danielle. She was so sweet and patient with the both of us. She was knowledgeable as well and if there was something she didn't know, she went to get the answer. She was great!! My son was then seen an evaluated by Ms. Jessica who was great! She welcomed us and literally jumped right in with what the expectations for the visit were. She made sure all of my questions were answered. She checked my son from A-Z and made him feel comfortable during the visit even when he was comfortable. She was very polite and professional. This office gets worse with every visit. I will be looking for a new place for my children to go to. Be prepared to wait whether in the waiting room or a patient room for anywhere from 15 minutes up to an hour after your scheduled appointment time. Not just once but multiple appointments in a row. But goodness forbid if you're late you will be charged and or rescheduled. Not to mention at my child's last well visit, the pediatrician mentioned thinking my child has allergies, I did not even bring it up. Come to find out at my next visit, I had a payment to make from her well visit because the doctor had ordered her a prescription for her without telling me this would cost me on top of her well visit. Just a way for them to make more money. Most recent visit. Checked in at 10:28 for 10:30 appointment. Called back finally at 11:10, still waiting in patient room at 11:20 without seeing anyone till probably closer to 11:25, child's appointment was done with being seen in less than 10 minutes once with someone. Beyond ridiculous to have us waiting that long when scheduled in advanced. And this wasn't the first time this has happened to us. But it will be the last. read more

I used to really appreciate this pediatric office, as my two children have been patients there for almost five years. However, over the past year, I have noticed a decline in the level of service. A few months ago, when my daughter was unwell, I faced difficulties in reaching the office despite trying various communication methods. I eventually managed to get through by messaging the doctor via the website. Most recently, my son had blood work done, and the results were available for three weeks without any communication from the office. Since the results were abnormal, I was disappointed not to receive an update from the doctors. Although I was able to understand the results myself, it would have been reassuring to receive a call with updates. As a result, we have decided to switch to a new pediatrician. read more

Our family doctor was good but we wanted a office that specializes in Pediatrics for our son who is 10 months old. He had a cough for some time and our current doctor wasn't finding a solution. We made a appointment with no issues and were seen super fast. With one visit Dr Anwer identified that he had a minor ear infection and after prescribing antibiotics our little boys cough is finally gone!!! We really loved Dr. Anwer and look forward to having him as our sons primary care doctor. He was great with him and our son actually sat still while Anwer checked him. The office is very well decorated with fun child-like jungle paintings. They had a Disney movie playing and the wait was very brief. Located on the third floor it's different than most ground floor offices but the experience was wonderful. All their equipment is very up to date and new which I appreciate. The nurse was also amazing. She actually took the time to check in the system where we were at with vaccinations and printed them out for us. We are highly impressed with this office and look forward to coming back for our sons follow up appointment. read more

Never have I been so wrongfully treated by an office and blatantly ignored. I have been dealing with an issue since March and they have yet to actually deal with it. My 3 year old daughter saw a practitioner who saw fit to submit my daughter to a "test" without permission or even stating she wanted to go through this test. She just started asking me rapid fire questions about my daughter and wouldn't even let me finish answering each question. Just cut me off before I could actually explain. Then thrust a referral to another office with a recommendation of a mental diagnosis on it. She was rude and mean and downright disrespectful. And her "diagnosis" was completely wrong if she would have just listened to me. I swore then I would never go back, but I got a bill in the mail charging me for this test. I called and called and called, getting promised a call back from the office manager, never got it. I finally got ahold of her and all she did was make excuses for her absence, then tell me she would "look into the situation and get back to me". She never did, of course. Then I got a text telling me my balance was going to be sent to collections. So I called again, because I wanted it removed. I was promised another callback and it again never happened. I'm so angry at this office. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you like being treated like dirt and ignored by management read more

I have been bringing my 3 daughters here for a little over 2 years. We really love all of the doctors, they are knowledgeable, thorough, and really seem to care about the children. I will say the waiting time tends to be long, both in the waiting room as well as in the exam room. I also am not pleased with the fact that there is not a separate well waiting room and sick waiting room. They do have a secondary small waiting room that seems to be for infants, but it is often infiltrated by others when the many waiting room is overcrowded. The only negative experience I have had with this practice is that a nurse almost gave my daughter the wrong vaccination. The nurse had not read her chart to see that there had been a switch in vaccinations during the previous visit, and had I not questioned what she would be receiving she would have received another dose of what she had previously received. The doctor intervened and confirmed what I had been saying, the nurse was removed from our room and another nurse came to help us for the rest of the visit. I have always had good experiences when I have needed to call the practice after hours. The answering service does a good job of getting as many details as possible, and has a nurse or doctor call back very quickly. read more

Not to say the other doctors are incapable, but he has been my children's doctor since they came home from the hospital and has always been very thorough and knowledgeable and my kids are 100% comfortable. The administrative side of this office is hit or miss as of late. They've skipped my check in, causing us to wait almost an hour while other who came after us were in and out and random insurance issues caused by lack of due diligence. We have been taking our kids to this place for years and until recently, have always loved it. In the past year, it has really declined when it comes to service. The girls at the desk have become really rude, much like you would come to expect when ordering a Big Mac or fast food. We have been riddled with billing errors, which have then turned into demands for extra payments. We went a couple of weeks ago to find out that they had made an error in taking a copay back in November. I was with my sick two year old and told adamantly that he would be refused service (Keep in mind this is a two year old having asthmatic issues) if we did not settle the $15 due "immediately." When asked for an explanation, I was told that it just had to be paid and would be sent to collections if not done right away. After paying and finishing up the appointment, it was explained that it was a simple error on their part, without an apology. This is not the sort of place we will be bringing our kids anymore. We love our doctor (Haroud), but will hope that he ends up practicing somewhere else in the future. We have even had issues simply getting shot records for our children's school. It took several weeks and multiple follow ups on our behalf for a simple print out. Again, these requests were met with nothing but terse attitudes. On a bright note, once you get behind the front desk, the team is amazing. They have the best doctors, including Dr. Haroud. The nurses are all great with our children and really represent what pediatric care should be. read more

My eldest being 13 i have never seen or came across a doctor that is that good and so in depth with the check ups. I have been taking my children here for a few years now and the office in general is outstanding from fast check in to being seen with in minutes of signing in. The staff from front to back are all friendly and caring with all your and your child's needs.The office manager is always on her A game and moves fast to ensure your needs are always meet. I was happy with this office until today. I was told that they will not see my 4 month old anymore because I will not get him vaccinated. Which I choose not to do until they are older. The things that gets me upset is my younger children 8 and 4 I never had this issue with them being a patient for about 2 or 3 years now. I guess the Constant change and staff and doctors my be the reason why. So I would not recommend this place because this was not outline in the paperwork giving to you when you become a new patient . Because immediately I would have choose another provider and not waste my children's time in trying To build a relationship with a doctor that they can grow and trust. Very disappointed in the way things was handled with the Nurse practitioner. I will be going to extreme measures to make sure everyone know about this and to make sure the owners of the practice are aware of what's going on in the hands of the people they left In charge. The front desk staff is nice, however, we've been twice with our baby for vaccinations and check ups and weren't pleased. Both times we had long wait times, then were brought to a room where we had an even longer wait time. Finally a nurse would come in and weigh my daughter and take her measurements, she'd leave then we'd wait even longer. We never saw an actual doctor, only a nurse practitioner, which I know is pretty much a doctor but she wasn't friendly, I even tried to be extra kind to her by telling her that she had pretty hair, she still wasn't nice. She would be in for about 5 minutes, check my daughter, ask if we had any questions, then leave. The nurse would come in and do her shots. This office is extremely over priced as well, so much that the insurance still resulted in a $200+ charge out of our pockets. The doctor portion alone was $913 which is ridiculous, especially since we've never seen an actual doctor and the name of the doctor on the "Description of Service" is a doctor we've never seen, a NP should be cheaper. We also have double coverage for our daughter and they told us they don't take secondary insurance and we would have to bill the insurance ourselves, I've never heard of a doctors office that runs like that. The reason for 2 stars is because the front office staff and nurse were nice so I give them credit but the NP, long wait times, lack of accepting additional insurances and the pricing resulted in a negative experience. I left after 2 years. My doctor left the practice and they never informed us, the practice moved and they didn't notify us, they changed their policies on vaccinations and didn't inform us, they mis-vaccinated our kids(had them too close together so the health department won't count them) and tried to blame me, and their record keeping is horrible. I had to use my own records many times because they couldn't find the information that was needed. Overall office is cute and receptionists and drs seem to be nice people but I would not recommend this office to anyone for the many reasons listed above. read more
