I left a message to ask a question of the doctor and three weeks later still no answer. When I called to cancel an appointment two days in advance and set up an appointment for an injury that required urgent care I was met with short, snappy, unprofessional communication. Clearly Amelia was annoyed to talk with me and yelled at me that she has put in a million pre authorizations for medication prescribed and she refused to do it this time when it was prescribed and she received the request. I let her know I can see I am annoying her and I am good and ended the call. This person called my phone number three times and left a very rude voice mail telling me she would "let Dr. Justin know about this phone call." Hopefully they have recorded monitoring and he can listen to the call and hear how she talks to patients. Also, I can leave a doctor office if they have a terrible office staff if I choose. I shouldn't be harassed by the entitled office staff that refuses to do their job and instead calls me to attempt to scold me twisting the conversation as evident by the voicemail she left. Now 6/26 I got a letter dated 6/15 that they are choosing to drop me as a patient, of course it's received over ten past when it's dated. I highly recommend just staying away unless you enjoy a dumpster fire office.

04/05/24 RE: Jenny ~…read more Went in earlier in the week for my symptoms. By Thursday everything had worsened. My phone call was misdirected on Thursday so I had to call back Friday morning. Jenny was extremely helpful and was able to get a stronger medication called in. I appreciate her helping me in this situation. She is an amazing and extremely efficient.
