Items and money is being stolen from her room she report the thefts and she is being told you should not have money there. The people there should be taking care of her, but all they do is ignore the problem there are others there that have the same problem and nothing is being done. The police should be call and this should be investigated. But the resident are afraid of being asked to leave. 2.not enough transportation for the people to do ther seeking business. My grandmother has not been able to get a ride all the time she has been there. 3. The director is very rude and short with the residents, but the staff is kind and helpful 4 they need a dietitian to make sure the residents get the proper food for each person. Anonymous

They allowed my dad to stay in the same dirty clothes as from the day before and that's just a big HELL NO FOR ME!!! SO PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONES HERE!! Infestation with SCABIES! Work through an Agency; Did a walk through with one of their employees on…read morea hall that I was assigned to; The employee informed me of every other resident has scabies. Had they informed me before accepting my request, I would have canceled my assignment. I chose to leave and did. Of course mngmnt got upset that I left but Hun couldn't get as upset as I would've been had I caught scabies and took them home with me. How are you going to report me for me not wanting to catch scabies? Theyre so cold, they didn't even have the residents on isolation. The Aid tried to tell me, that I had to put the isolation setup outside the room. Mind y'all, this after 6 pm. So, you mean to tell me, that y'all went all day without having these residents on isolation? Stay Away!
