I have a broken foot, and our daughter has a spinal cord injury that makes it difficult for her to walk very far. The golf cart was going to make the game, and the tailgating before hand, possible for us both. My son called Taylor Rental on the morning of the 31st to say he was on his way and was told to "come on." When my son arrived at Taylor, there was no reservation in his name, but the guy said "no problem," and they did the paperwork and my son paid for the golf cart. As he was driving off the lot, a guy from Taylor Rental came chasing after him and told him he had to bring the golf cart back. Someone else was there to pick it up. It took over half an hour to get a refund, all while the guy they gave it to was trying to load it on a trailer that was way too short. He drove off the lot with the back end of the golf cart hanging off the trailer. Not having a golf cart made it very difficult and painful for us...our experience was not what my son had worked hard for it to be for us. The issue is on your end. I'm wondering why the guy they gave the cart to, (who, by the way showed up at five minutes before closing) wasn't told "sorry." My son had reserved it weeks ahead of time by phone, gave all his information, but the person on your end didn't manage to get it into your system. This review got one star, as a star had to be given in order to write the review. I hope it is helpful to others who may be considering renting from Taylor. That was a bad way to do business, a total waste of time for my son, and a major inconvenience and disappointment for our family. Bad form, Taylor Rental, bad form.

Sherrie was the lady who we spoke with about gathering a quote via text. We were never texted, she called the next day. After her calculations, the total was $210 including a 10% discount for opting to pay in cash. The DAY BEFORE our event our total increased to $305. When asked about the increase we were told that sherrie miscalculated and that we were still responsible for this new total if we still wanted to rent all the supplies. After speaking to the owner, there was no getting around this new total they decided to charge us. It's the day before my daughters birthday and we have family coming in town tomorrow. The owner only cares about taking your money. Highly upset, Inconvenienced, and all. Before Sherrie gives you an incorrect total and the owner acts oblivious, please reconsider and spend your hard earned money with people who take accountability with care.
