It was almost as if secretly grandma came over and prepared a home-made meal. Nothing of the meal felt pre-prepared, was just "ausgezeichnet"! The wines were not convincing so I had beers but if you're in the area and someone suggests this Italian place don't say no. Enjoy it and go with the recommendations. Someone there knows their stuff. It was very rich, but what helped cut through the cream was the very smokey ham bits that permeated the entire dish with campfire smell goodness. My wife's Margherita pizza was not -- it was a standard cheese pizza. Very uninspired. But ok for a cheese pizza. Service was slow and needed a lot of manual labor of waving hands and stuff to get attention. Overall 3/5 wish we had done something else but it was fine for a meal.

Our Waitress was friendly, attentive and willing to please. We had some wine and the thickest hot chocolate ever. The outside is a cute unassuming restaurant front. Downstairs you have the kitchen and a gorgeous staircase up to the dining area. The restaurant seating is small so coming early or making a reservation is a great idea. The food here was top notch Italian food. The pizza tasted fresh and was authentic. The pasta was equally amazing. Prices are fair, albeit in cash. I do wish they had some different beers on tap as there is something inherently wrong with drinking Budweiser in one of the beer capitals of the world. Overall, NG is really top notch and one of the better meals I had in weeks of eating out throughout Czech Republic.

We disembarked our cruise ship, and took a 15min walk into town. This restaurant was in such a unique place, among a neighborhood of all places. We were kindly greeted by the staff who could speak English! Yay! We sat at a cute little table and truly enjoyed the most amazing experience & dinner.
