There is almost never any studies in Phoenix. Checking the site for new studies is always a waste of 30 seconds.

I have been coming to One Medical at different locations with moving since 2019, but my main…read moreexperience is with the old town location. This review is reflective of the Tempe location and the doctor I saw. 1. The doctor was extremely overwhelmed when she saw I was overstimulated and overwhelmed and couldn't accommodate my basic asks like a physical exam and lowering the lights. When I explained I had not seen a specialist in a specific area due to assault at a private clinic, her response was "that happened in the clinic?" - not trauma informed at all. Ridiculous. I have no idea what her problem is, but I will never return to this location. 2. I still don't know if the correct blood tests as I've asked for multiple times to be ordered were done right and had a script from another doctor. The doctor couldn't figure it out and left it the phlebotomist who was actually a lovely human being and extremely kind. 3. Parking directions in the app are outdated and wrong, causing my parking to not be validated and for me to get hit on on the way by the attendant who attempted to validate. 4. I had to wait over an hour to get my blood work done, which is very unlike one medical and absolutely bad shit crazy. I've never experienced reading that long just to do a pretty routine blood draw. Overall, I'll be seeking care back at the other locations within Phoenix instead of this location ever again as clearly this location does not have the best - or even basic 5/10 - doctors located here. My normal PCP from one medical was out for several weeks, which is why I decided to try this other location instead of waiting for her because this was something that was time sensitive. The questioning of being assaulted at another clinic was extremely inappropriate and not even given away of "oh I'm sorry that happened" - literally just asking where. Almost as nice as asking what I was wearing! Don't waste your time here especially as they didn't have any referrals when they told me to see a couple different specialists. Go to Scottsdale or Gilbert where there's parking and competent professionals. Worst One Medical I've been to (and I've been to 7).

Between the initial office visit and one set of labs, I've already spent over $1,000. I was told the labs would "usually come back fairly reasonable" through insurance, but $725 is far from reasonable. I was also told there was a cash-pay option of $900, which is equally concerning. I'm not sure what standard of "reasonable" this clinic is using, because these costs feel excessive and out of reach for many people. It gave me the impression that this practice may only be accessible to those for whom cost isn't a concern. Additionally, my experience during the in-office lab draw was concerning. The staff member who attempted it seemed very inexperienced, she removed the tourniquet before even attempting to insert the needle and then tried to reposition the needle after insertion. Another staff member had to step in and was able to draw the labs immediately without any issues, which was frustrating given that I've been told I have easy veins. On top of that, I would have had to pay another $219 out of pocket for a follow-up lab review that was supposed to happen within 7-10 days, but the earliest available appointment was a month out. At that point, I decided to cancel and take it as a sign. I would not return and cannot recommend this clinic. I would hate for someone else to end up in the same position, especially when you're already not feeling well and just trying to find answers, only to be left with an unexpected financial burden on top of it.

From there it was nearly 12 hours, 2pm Wednesday before she got surgery and after that finally she got admitted to a room. The surgeon was amazing and they removed the gallbladder and she was discharged 1:30pm Thursday making the process all in aprox 48 hours. Besides the long time waiting around which is just how it goes in the hospital my only real gripe is they sent her home with zero pain meds less than 24 hours after major surgery full of fresh incisions which I think is crazy but fingers crossed she doesn't experience breakthrough pain that sends us back there.

DO NOT GO HERE; this is the most AWFUL hospital and i am DISGUSTED with how i was treated here…read more Honorhealth asked for feedback internally, to which I gave and have received no notification from them to connect with me and everyone should know how disgusting this place is and to avoid it at all costs. The nurses overall were incredibly rude and condescending. I was experiencing involuntary movements that I had never experienced before and was terrified I also experienced spasms that made it almost impossible for me to speak or answer questions at some points. When i got there ripped off my shirt and bra without my consent after they asked me and i couldnt responsd as they clearly noticed. They asked me to shake my head and i was trying to shake my head no but they ripped it off anyway, with multiple people watching including a male. One of the nurses dug her first into the middle of my chest and did not explain the purpose after i showed cleared pain and discomfort as a result; this left me bruised after my discharge. If you need to do that, fine i guess? but explain to someone why you think you need to do that. I heard degrading comments from the nurses to the patient next to me which shows their humanity immediately. Later, when I first needed to use the restroom I expressed i was unable to walk earlier when i was getting taken to the hospital so I was unsure how it would go now. The nurse was passive aggressive and asked how I get around at home to which my friend answered that I was carried there. He restated that he meant how I get around at home in general and she stated I can walk but clearly wouldn't be here If i wasn't having issues.. so not sure what his point was. ALL of the nurses were rude and condescending and even the DOCTOR. I can confirm this even further, over a month later after reviewing my disgusting chart notes left mostly by the doctor and some by nurses that I can break down here 1 -" PT called 911 for heart palpitations, EMS arrived and PT refused to answer questions". - I REFUSED to answer questions? I barely could speak on the phone to 911 at first and couldnt even hold my phone when EMS got there the spasms were so bad and I was becoming weaker and weaker. I wasnt REFUSING, i simply couldnt. 2- "Patient in moderate distress due to anxiety" - due to anxiety? crazy. it was later determined this was medication induced movements effects (these persisted to days btw, so definitely not anxiety!) but this hospital kept saying "due to anxiety" and even stated on my discharge paperwork. yeah ok. i know what my anxiety feels like 3 - "Patient has been seen speaking on the phone completely normally." Not ONCE did i speak on the phone until right before my discharge and I felt better. my friend that came with me had to call AND speak to my parents because i was physically unable 4-"PT had displayed purposeful shaking and stuttering." Absolutely DISGUSTING to state any of this was purposeful . I was in so much pain and confused and scared.. lack of compassion by this hospital shown yet again!! as stated above , my "purposeful shaking" continued for days after until meds were discont 5- "*When I went to administer Ativan- PT was initially okay with it and then stated "I am going to pass out" - oh, my bad!! let me just not communicate to the HOSPITAL staff that i feel like im going to faint? there are so many more things but theres a word count here. I could go on and on. This place is absolutely disgusting and youll get NO compassion or care from the staff here. The whole staff needs to be fired or the hospital shut down. Choose a different profession @ everyone that works there because you clearly dont know what patient empathy is. drive to a further hospital if you have to. Not only were they awful to me, they were to my dad when he got there and to my mother on the phone. They are straight up condescending and want to make up their own narrative of who they think you are when they know nothing about you. They should treat everyone equally regardless of why they think the patient is there.

As per the short term rehab facility a nurse was suppose to call me on Monday, Oct. 14th. The nurse did not visit with me till Wednesday, October 16th. At that meeting I was informed I would receive 4 PT and 1 OT session. I was also "told" they only had one OT and he was a male. I called the agency and told them I wanted a female not a male and that I wanted the OT to assist me with taking a shower to ensure I was safe. I waited till 1 PM on Thursday, Oct 17th for the PT to call me with an appointment. Since I didn't hear from the PT by 1 PM I called the agency to inform them I still did not have an PT appointment scheduled. An hr later I did receive a call from the PT and an appointment was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 18th. The PT suggested I have the male OT come and work with me on my rotator cuff that was operated on 7/25 and that a female home service person come to assist me with a shower. I agreed to both. Today no call or appointment from the agency, the female home service rep nor the OT. I had my 2nd PT appointment scheduled for tomorrow however, the time was not locked in. When I text the PT that I saw on Friday to tell him I did not hear from his backup yet regarding the time tomorrow I did receive a call/appointment within 1 hr. I fired Hacienda Home Services today due to the lack of communication, the fact that no nurse was at my house till 3 days after my discharge, the fact that I still had no OT appointment and that I had to call and complain regarding no PT appointment scheduled till Thursday afternoon as well as no call or appointment from Home Services regarding assisting with a shower. Basically I wanted someone present to ensure I did not fall. The company could care less about my safety, my care and my ability to get back to normal. I would not recommend Hacienda Home Services. They failed to provide me the services I needed and were not in place ahead of my release from rehab.
