She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

It was a replacement machine. They wrote the original order. Their was no reason for this to happen. As of this moment, it's been almost 30 days and I am still waiting for them to send the proper documentation to the insurance company. In addition, the quality of care was unacceptable. I waited more than 30 minutes in the exam room before having to go to the front desk to see what the delay was. No one ever checked on me. After inquiring, somehow the doctor was suddenly available. The front desk person also said it was weird in that he did not have a patient before me. I cannot stress enough how terrible this practice is.

I was hospitalized with a blood infection at Chandler Regional Hospital. I was visited in my room only twice. They took blood cultures and found I had a blood infection. I was sent a bill for $685.00. I called my Insurance company and was told that my part is $68.00. The insurance company emailed my EOB and the EOB indicated the bill was paid. I called Synergy and they said that my insurance denied the claim. (A lie) I told them that I had already spoken to my insurance company and was provided the EOB and that they had been paid. I asked for their fax number. I called my insurance company and they said they would fax over the proof of payment and what they provide the provider. That was last month. Today I received a second notice for $685.00. When I asked Synergy to call my insurance they said that my insurance would have to call them. When I called my insurance company they said that Synergy had to call them. Both refuse to call each other. This is disgusting. Where does this leave me the patient. There should be a department of insurance for health care/billing. But there is not. No protection for the patient.

Dr Walmer listened to me and made the correct diagnosis immediately. I had been to other drs and they just kept prescribing antibiotics and not trying to find the root cause. I left dr Walmer's office feeling finally someone who actually listens. With his diagnosis I was able to get the help I needed with the correct medications. I have been seeing Christina Zimmerman was almost as long as I have been going to EVIM. She is easy to talk to, explains things in laymans terms and takes the time I need. I never feel rushed. I like the idea that I can get bloodwork done in the office or go to a facility closer to my home. Also being able to get a bone scan right in the office is ideal. My experience at this facility has always been professional and courteous with all staff.
