We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. It got to the point where I needed help keeping the house clean, so again, I called Magnifica. They come in weekly now, like a mini-tornado, washing, vacuuming, dusting and mopping. My house is shining and off they go! I'm back on my feet now using a walker, but I still can't bend over, so I'll be keeping them on for now. They are just fantastic!

I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! Only took about 2 hours. Deep cleaned the carpet and steamed out a few spots. He even cleaned a spot I could never get out of the area rug at my front door... that's taking care of a customer! The process was easy. The cost was low. I called when the job was complete and paid over the phone and received my receipt within an hour. Amy refuses to give us the mold reports taken from our home. Months ago. She refuses to answer our calls or text messages. What are they hiding? As a homeowner with open mold in my kitchen where my wife and kids eat. I demand the mold report pre and post remediation. They had my wife sign all there papers before work started but now will not release the mold reports from the kitchen and garage? Someone needs to do something you can't withhold information from the homeowner and ignore us. If I sell my home this could cause me legal issues due to mold non disclosure issues.
