I contacted Jose in September for a deep cleaning quote, and within a few days he was able to come to my house, and then email me a very detailed estimate of services and his charge. It had been years since I had a cleaning service so I told him I wanted to continue to look around. He was not pushy and was very polite. I got quotes from other companies and individuals. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. My house now feels cleaner than the day we moved in and we love it. We are scheduled for future services and looking forward to them. Thank you so much! They were hired to clean the home in preparation for showing it to buyers. The recommending realtor said he used them in the past and they did well. That's not what I experienced. Only one spoke English. They were fast, inefficient, and didn't do what was needed. For instance, they only washed the windows on the outside of the front & south end of the home. Regarding cleaning the floors, they cleaned the bathroom & kitchen as they were thoroughly wet when they left. They vacuumed over stains, paper clips, medallions, and avoided books on the floor. I had the impression they were in a hurry to leave & were sloppy with their work. They did not dust thoroughly and thick layers of dust remained on the chair rail, light shades, and bathroom light fixtures. They did a good job on cleaning the toilets. I would not recommend this service as I had to hire a second cleaning service to redo what they supposedly did. read more

I paid over $730 for a 'top to bottom' cleaning of a 1740sqft house I just bought & was very disappointed. I was told they had an 'industrial strength' mineral remover for the bathrooms, but it wasn't done & scum left on the soap trays & surfaces ... I really don't think the bathrooms were cleaned at all. Some windowsills left undone, windows were streaked and glass surfaces within the house were ignored. Cobwebs remained on the ceilings and corners, woodwork left dusty and drawers not wiped out. I was also told cloth blinds would be vacuumed and vertical blinds wiped down. None of this was done. I paid to have someone else do this as I injured my wrist. However, I could have done a better job myself for free. I feel like I was completely ripped off. read more
