Bryan assisted with ideas and plans. We hired him initially to do a full Master Bathroom gut and reconfiguration, including a high end digital shower. It took a while for all of the shower parts to come in, but Bryan kept us informed the entire time. Once construction started I was very impressed. H and his crew were very respectful of our home and cleaned up every day when they were done, so that we were not inconvenienced. Even when their subs made a mess, and didn't clean, they cleaned up after them. This says a lot about a contractor. During the process we added some additional items. All were scheduled out appropriately, and completed to our satisfaction. Bryan held the subs accountable, and even had some items redone that we had not yet noticed. He is very conscious of making sure it is done right. We are loving the work that was done and have had Forrest Contracting bid on another project. They will also be who we call when we are ready to do our kitchen. I cannot recommend Bryan Forrest and his team at Forrest Contracting more highly. I have used this business twice, for two different homes. In both cases, the crew arrived late, or…read morenot at all, and took 2-3 times longer to "clean" than they quoted. Cleaning jobs were very unsatisfactory. Crew even took some of my own cleaning supplies with them. I am still trying to get the stench out of my home from whatever they used to clean. Woodwork shows a smeary residue; floors were barely touched. They also asked for cash the day of the cleaning, rather than a check. Big red flag. My advice is to look for someone with more experienced staff and crew. Your money will be better spent.
