The seller Clay was related to the realtor companies Jamie which we later found out they were relatives . 6 months into our home and we've ran in a multiple amount of problems. First day after signing the basement flooded because of the sump pump which was "new" . They "replaced it " but it flooded due to the pit not being installed correctly . Afterwards we attempted to contact the warranty company and it was told we're unable to use our warranty (HMS HOME WARRANTY)due to it being a pre existing problem for the "new heat pump " we had the hvac company who installed the system come and check it out he stated that he explained to the seller the system wouldn't work well but was told to do the work as the equipment (which wasn't new) couldn't be returned. We had to use space heaters for the winter. We were told a " new roof " was installed but we still have leaks in the house during cold weather as no ice shield was installed. The front porch was put on BACKWARDS and recently while upgrading the house we can see daylight from the basement. How was this over looked ? Beats me ! The sealer boarder was cut out and wasn't replaced; leaving a big hole into the basement . You can only imagine the chipmunk nest and other rodents . Elite termite pest control we also attempted to contact Them multiple times no answer. Sent paper to the address it came back . We drove to the address it was a house a place of residence. Just a half ass job all around . Very disappointed in the quality of work , lack of honesty , and transparency! I do not recommend this company or any other companies listed . NOT THOROUGH

Called me about 1pm to see if he missed the appointment, which apparently was my fault for not calling him to remind him. He gave me a slightly better price than another quote I got, and other reviews were good so I decided to hire him anyways with the understanding he would do the same work, which included fixing a corner where I had some rotted wood as well as power washing the gutters. Not only did the work begin two weeks before I expected, but not everything was done that I was told would be. I had to repeatedly ask about the rotted wood in the corner, which was never fixed, and Keith acted like it was not a big deal and that the temporary fix I had done meant it was "already fixed." When I brought up the gutters not being power washed he told me that I should do it. So now I will have to clean all the junk they scraped off my roof into the gutters myself. Despite being told I could call him anytime, I'm not sure what the point would be unless I wanted to be condescended to and lied to more. **Update: When confronted by my father, Keith proceeded to call me a liar. Where I would get the idea on my own of the gutters being power washed I am not sure, and I certainly would have hired another contractor if I had known that the wood rot would not be fixed as it was the whole reason I started having my roof looked at. Supposedly, I will have somebody looking into the wood rot in 2 weeks, at which time Keith will try to extract more money from me...
