Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there. Had a terrible experience here today. Had a cracked screen on my iphone 16 pro and went in for a…read morescreen repair. I asked for an OLED screen because that is what's compatible with the 16 pro and he said no problem come back in 15-20 mins. I went to pick up my phone and after receiving it I noticed the screen was a bit raised and mentioned it to the tec and he said it was supposed to be like that because of the screen he put on it. he had shut the phone off to do the repair so I powered it up on my way back to my car and before I even got in there were white and green streaks going across my phone. I immediately turned around and went back in to confront the tec and the store was closed up with a sign that said "we will be back in 30 mins". After waiting over an hour for this dude to come back he tried to tell me I dropped the phone and this could only happy if there was impact. I promised him I hadn't dropped my phone and didn't even leave the stores premises before it was fucked up again. He tried to charge me an additional $200 to do the replacement again and after I told him that was bs he did it for free. 15 mins later he is done and hands me the phone back and the screen is still raised again. I asked if he put the OLED screen in like I requested and he said that they had run out of them So he just used the LCD screen they had in stock. So now I have the LCD screen on my phone and it is having all types of problems with the touch screen and display (typing random things and the brightness is going from 0-100 and 100-0 constantly, the phone is also overheating whenever I use it. I will never be going back to this place. He didn't tell me they were out of OLED screens until after he was done THE 2ND TIME. If he had told me they had no OLED screens I would have went elsewhere.

He ever said anything about the type of screen or anything like that and STILL charged us $30 to put the right screen in and get my phone back. I have never ever experienced anything like this before. Absolutely the worst experience i would never go there again.

In NYC there is a saying "People don't wait in line unless it's worth it". This place was worth it. He took my phone told me come back in 30-40 minutes so I walked around Atlantic ave and checked out some of the local shops. When I came back he had opened my phone and reconnected the battery and didn't want any money ( of course I paid him). NO advertising and NO big rent = a great price from a super nice guy!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. After about a half hour, I went back in the store and the tech guy told me that they didn't have the battery I needed. I asked why he didn't just let me know right away instead of keeping me waiting. He said he was too busy to tell me. I was annoyed by his attitude but stayed calm, and he said he could order the battery and it would be there the next day by 1 pm. It was not. Did not deliver as promised, wasted a lot of my time and I had to find another shop to service my phone. Not recommended.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.
