Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. Anyway he's a great guy and great at what he does and I recommend him

In NYC there is a saying "People don't wait in line unless it's worth it". This place was worth it. He took my phone told me come back in 30-40 minutes so I walked around Atlantic ave and checked out some of the local shops. I noticed that the week before I first went they had me there all day 1-7pm with my 1 year old. They kept saying 30 min then 1 hour and so on. I paid back of phone and front phone to be fixed $250 then a week after my phone dropped and I had to come back and charged me $100 but this time the charge wasn't from cellphone fix (business name) the $100 was a different merchant ( Sq jyj solutions corp) the business owner colombian was the one to tap my card and I got home and I started seeing these charges then I called him I asked if he used it he said I tapped that he gave it back .. I had parked in front no way I could have dropped it from counter to my car .. it was a business man that was charging these charges .... At first he was nice family man but now I will never come back here .. taking advantage and greed .. Minutes after paying, my credit card company contacted me about multiple attempts of fraudulent transactions. I also noticed that the name of the business that showed up on my credit card statement the second time was different from the first time, which was suspicious. Shortly after, I saw about $600 in charges that I did not authorize. Given this experience, I strongly suspect they were behind it. This is very concerning especially as a single parent with responsibilities, I can't afford to deal with schemes like this. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Please be very careful if you decide to use their services. Waiting time and fraudulent transaction
