The store staff are extremely combative, not helpful in…read morethe least, and downright incompetent (or really fraudulent) in how they represent what they are obligated to do with regard to returns / warranties, phone set up, etc. etc. Funny though - their attitude changes 180 degrees when I called their corporate line and put them on speakerphone with them, their prior statements of fraud changed fully, but I should not have to do that to get proper service. The staff is just a miserable bunch, and they seem to take it out on paying customers; they all need a constant dose of SSRI's and Ozempic, and then sent home for good.
