We were on a vacation in Jackson Hole for a week over the 4th of July. My son's phone got rained on and stopped working. We came into this store in need of a new phone. We spent over 2 hours here and finally left with a new phone. It has been nothing but problems due to the representative here not giving us what was promised. I have spent several hours on the phone and still nothing is fixed. We also left paying way more than Verizon said we should have. I highly recommend staying far away from this store! read more

i spent 3 hours trying to get a new phone when I finally did and got home I got a call from the idiotic sales man saying I stole a phone. I went back and had to explain how this was not the case and the finally realized it was not me. It was the most unpleasant and annoying experience I have ever experienced at a Verizon store. upgraded a iPhone for next day door pickup at this Victra-Verizon store and when I went to pick up at 5pm the store was closed (their website hours are posted as 10am - 7pm) Nobody answered the phone the next day either! Just need to get my new phone. Try the other Verizon Retailer at 365 W Broadway. read more

Dylan went above and beyond to make sure me and several others got new phones and service set up. My wife's phone was toast and we needed something fast. When I walked in the store it was clear it would be a while. Dylan stayed after hours to help me and had a great attitude. His willingness to help customers and work through connection issues showed. read more

These guys are horrible at their jobs. Among many other issues, this one stands out: I came in with a malfunctioning phone, the guy goes "that's weird" and then hands it back to me, moving on to help someone else. Guess I have to drive to IF to get a new one. read more

Don't go here. This store has no inventory save blingy phone cases for little girls. They have no phones. They have no chargers.... No reason at all for this store to even exist. I ordered a new Galaxy S21 Ultra from Verizon. They indicated I could pick it up from this store on Jackson. No such luck. I waisted one hour of my day heading to the store only to find out they didn't have it. Shame on them. Don't shop here. read more

I pre ordered the iPhone 11 max and love my phone. I finally talked my sister into getting hers today at the Verizon store due to she has Verizon. Got here around 1:50 did all the paperwork with no problems. The guys were really friendly and great. (Andrew). We left for lunch so they could do update and transfer apps and pics. Came back almost 2 hours later and they had not even finished the first update. Said had issue with the first update. Our original guy left cuz it got slow so that left only 1 guy to work the customers, sales, and updates. Really disappointed read more

My wife and I spent the last 8 days in the Jackson Hole area, including Grand Teton National Park. The Verizon signal anywhere outside of the town of Jackson is non-existent. We were unable to make any phone calls or obtain internet connection for the entire period, despite the fact that we have been able to obtain modest service for the past 20 or so years. I tried calling the Verizon store in Jackson, but they are not answering calls and instead direct me to the national Verizon service. I am not a happy camper! read more
