Like many of the restaurants in the area, they have two things- fresh, amazing grilled fish (balık) and deliciously garlicky grilled meatballs (köfte). They also offer accompanying salads, homemade pickles (typical of the region), cornbread (ditto), tea, fruit, and hazelnut baklava (hazelnuts are the main export of the region).
