I sent a request through Yelp to Austin/CenCal Pool, about cleaning our pool tile. He replied immediately. Within an hour he was at our house with a pump in the pool draining it. He came back the next morning at the time he said he would. He mentioned he also cleans roofs, gutters, and solar panels so when he gave us the incredible quote that he did, we asked him to do that as well. I compared his price to my neighbors who just had the same thing done to their roof and he was less than half the price. He did a perfect job cleaning up the backyard. Hired this company and WOW!!!! From start to finish it was a superb job. The Owner Austin cleaned off 3-4 years of calcium off my tiles, and those tiles shined like brand new tiles!!!!! Austin pointed out a missing tile and showed me where some grout was coming off...all not where he was cleaning just to make that clear. He offered to replace it all for me. You hear offered ( no charge to me). I asked if I could make a video of him showing me the steps on how to clean my filters, he was happy to help with that also. Not only did he let me video the steps but he cleaned my filters, I told him I would clean them but he said he would do it NO charge.
