When our Pentair equipment has had any issues, Cox has been able to quickly confirm warranty and make the repair. Couldn't be happier with Cox! We had one experience before when we hired them to come fix our iaqualink last year, and their professionalism and expertise stuck with us. All of their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful when you ask questions. We are THAT house that have a troublesome spa that drains down a few inches every week because of the skim line, or a valve, or something... so they are needing to troubleshoot quite often with our equipment (I'm sorry!). The only thing I would recommend is that they communicate better when they diagnose an issue with your pool or your equipment. For the most part they will tell me what is wrong after I call for clarity, but there have been rare times when the tech comes here, takes a look at the equipment and doesn't let me know what they found. Other than that... they are amazing! I feel a bit pricey BUT worth it for everything they do, and all the issues they have to deal with in regard to our spa! read more

I cannot verify that their tech makes it to my house or not, the owner has explained he has gps evidence, but we have already moved on. My last service: When I came home, I noticed that the bottom of pool was dirty, then I checked the skimmers to find them full. I should have taken pictures of the skimmers before emptying it, but my intentions weren't to cancel service, but just to get someone to come out and service it. After customer service did an investigation, they told me my tech stated several things. The tech said he did come by at 1:57pm that day, my sweeper bag needed replacing, and that my dogs are getting into the pool; dog hair is clogging the filter. My response was that my dogs have never been in the pool, trust me I've tried and they are scared to get in. They spend majority of their day indoors. The pool should not look dirty with full skimmers 3 hours after it was supposedly serviced. Lastly, I shouldn't have to call and complain to find out what my pool needs to operate efficiently. When we first got their service, the tech left a message on a door hanger. I wish he could have done it again for his recent concerns. They service my parents pool too and they have been wanting to replace them for awhile now. read more

My son had left weights at the bottom so there were 4 large rust stains. I sent a photo to the team the night I saw it and they came out the next day. We had them for 4 months starting in May 2020 (3 different tech in those 4 months). Our chemicals were always out of balance. My granddaughter's eyes were always burning. We were checking ourselves and there was always way too much chlorine in the pool. We asked several times for a comprehensive water test, and the tech would only check chlorine and acid. We took our sample to Leslie's Pool on Shaw and Clovis and they did a complete analysis, and got us all of the chemicals to properly balance our pool - which we had asked for with Cox and never received. Didn't even receive return phone calls to these requests. Once we balanced the pool, we cancelled Cox via email, with a copy of the pool report from Leslie's. Finally received a call and message back from JT at Cox stating that Leslie's just wanted to sell us expensive chemicals (which Leslie's told us to feel free to price the chemicals elsewhere - we chose to buy them and correct the problem for the party we were having the next day), and he never received a message about a complete pool water test request. Anyway, I emailed him back and told him we'd take care of the pool ourselves. I'm happy to hear that others are happy with their service. And maybe we were a "one off" experience. But we did start with a new service in April this year and are much happier with them than we were with Cox. read more
