Evan coordinated removing the sheds and rocks, building a dry-well to fix irrigation issues, installing a patio and sod and building a fence. There were also some permitting issues that required altering plans and delays due to terrible rain storms and they worked around all of these issues well. Over all it was a great experience. I'll be hiring them back for seasonal cleanups.

Evan trimmed them beautifully, and they look so nice in a new bed of mulch! That was a pretty small job, but it came out great! Also had a patio put in this summer and my lawn was torn up really bad by the bobcat and other machinery for pouring the concrete. I wanted some sod to get it back up to speed quickly and Evan came thru again! Got it all done in one day, and the sod looks great! I hired "Mannscaping" for regular lawn cutting and also requested some landscaping done. Ed Mann,…read morethe owner, came over and we (I thought) discussed what I was looking for. He had previously sent me a packet of papers outlining the cost of each service. His "spring clean-up" seemed to cover what I was looking for. His charge for spring clean-up was $640.00 which I thought was a bit steep since I didn't have that many shrubs but he convinced me there was a lot more involved. He came out to my property and I pointed out a house across the street from me and said I would like the edging brought out like that. The men doing the work were great and did a nice job and asked me a few times if I agreed with what was being done. I agreed and only one time asked for the edging to be brought out further. I paid the bill in the time allowed and then was presented with another bill, almost double what I had paid. Ed told me I asked for much more work than the spring clean-up called for and didn't recall my pointing to the lawn edging at the end of the house across the street. He remembers me "mentioning it" but didn't think I was asking for that. I said if more mulching than normal was required I would agree to pay for it. He said they had to remove "bushes" on both sides of house (of which there were none, except for a few daffodil bulbs). He even charged me for yanking out a pole that was not being used anymore. Buyer beware, if you want to do business with this company, get EVERYTHING in writing or you will have a very unpleasant surprise waiting for you.
