Called them to inquire about a bathroom and kitchen renovation project after seeing a magazine ad and checking out their website. Took three calls and over 48 hours to get a call back. It was pretty clear from the front end that they were either too busy or not interested in working with me for an unclear reason. Definitely seem like they're on the higher end of the price range for contracting services, but if you're going to cater to someone willing to pay more, then a little more courtesy would be nice. read more
