The two people that I've dealt with were Edmond Li & Albert. I purchased a 54" vanity February 05-2026 and had it installed April 26-2026. My installing contractor noticed a few quality imperfections with the cabinet. The drawers were pre-drilled leaving wood splinters on the insides as well as cracking in the paint. The two doors were not able to be set up properly as they were both warped. I contacted the service guy named Albert and he offered up some paint for the splintered drawers and replacement of the two doors which I accepted. Well, it's been almost two months and all I get are the replacement parts are coming from China. When asked for a tracking number and the owners name, Albert did not have any of this info. As a matter of fact, he hung up on me today.

I advised the cashier there's poop on the floor. 10 minutes passed, it was still on the floor. I advised another staff member who rudely responded to me and said "I know I know, we've already been told" then turned her back to me. I told her I'm trying to be nice and helping them avoid avoid a situation where people would step on it. She responded and was rude about it again. I asked to speak with a manager I was told the manager is on break. I walked away. Another 5 minutes passed same girl and the assistant manager proceeded to clean the poop. As they walked by I said "it's about time somebody attended to it." The assistant manager rudely responded, we didn't know and was very confrontational. I said I reported twice, how do you not know. I asked to speak to a manager above her, I was then told that there is no manager on duty. I left and called the store (905) 850-8131, the assistant manager answered. I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that no manager tonight and for the rest of the weekend. After a few words back and forth she hung up on me, accused me of being rude to her and her staff. I called back again, she was rude and she hung up again. Not very good customer service at all after trying to help them prevent customers from stepping on dog poop. I'll be reporting this to Corporate office.

You can bring in a container to refill your bath supplies, and they also sell crafts and home goods that are reusable or made with renewable materials like bamboo. The prices for the goods are affordable. I picked up this elephant figurine and used it as an air plant holder for only about ~$10. It's handmade, so there are some natural imperfections. I love that the finish is smooth and doesn't have the rough texture of concrete. If you're into Fengshui, an elephant figure brings prosperity and good luck around the home. There was only one left when I bought mine. She splits her time running local markets on the weekends. So you'll only catch her in this storefront during the weekdays only for now. Check her IG for where she will be next and her Etsy shop for available goods. There is more in store than on her Etsy though. My only suggestion when she has the time is to update her website with her inventory of goods to allow for pick up in store so people can check back and see what's available. It also saves her the fees from Etsy.

Louisa was very knowledgeable and highlighted the excellent construction of the vanity. Very pleased and proceeded to purchase a second smaller vanity as well! Louisa was also very kind to schedule a delivery at a later date. The two young men who delivered the vanities were awesome - extremely polite, considerate and professional. They carefully brought the oversized boxes in, careful not to damage anything along the way. Once the vanities were in place, they allowed me to check for flaws before leaving. Love these guys!
