I am always wary of chiropractors because a lot of them are just snap, crackle, pop practitioners that have you in and out in under 5 minutes, and I've had some do more harm than good. Dr. Amanda is not like that at all. She always sets aside 15 minutes (at least) to assess and massage around the bones before she ever starts to adjust you. She never twists my neck to adjust my vertebrae, like most chiropractors do. She always uses her activator adjusting instrument that just delivers a little pop to the vertebra that's out of alignment. The best way to describe her adjustments is caring and gentle. I don't think I've ever thought that a chiropractor could be gentle. But that's exactly what she is. She never forces any joints that don't want to move. She always tries to soften up the muscle around with massage. I always feel fully refreshed after an adjustment. And her massages are just as amazing. She gives the most calming and therapeutic massages. I always joke around and say she's some sort of immortal fae (fairy) because her therapeutic touch is like magic. She has a new chiropractor/massage therapist (Dr. Jacqueline) working with her as well who just as wonderful massages.
