The practice is located in a lovely old brick Victorian house on Glen street, in Glens Falls, NY . The office is a step back in time to when the doctor's office was located in the heart of the community they served. Dr MacDonnell didn't replace my primary care doctor; instead she compliments my care with the holistic approach mainstream medicine ignores. Their financial policy included a charge of 75c per page to copy my records if I want a copy of my own chart. The receptionist said, "The doctor won't see you if you refuse to sign." I said, "I didn't refuse to sign. I want this crossed off. If my doctors can't communicate with each other without this doctor charging to copy my chart, then that's kind of ridiculous." She shrugged. "That's what she said." I said, "So she'd rather lose a patient over 75 cents?" Apparently. I asked for my paperwork back and left.

Care as well as the office can best be described as inept. Called and was told they could perform…read morethe required services for a surgical preoperative clearing in the office. Turns out that was not the case as it was limited to an EKG, which was performed by a person reading from a manual. Office manager apologized as they have new people. In a later conversation the next day, the doctor also apologized while offering me the same excuse though refusing to order the tests from an outside provider saying I should go back to the surgeon, who himself advised me to have my provider perform them. Today I received a call from Family Medicine of Malta with the results of my lab (blood) testing. I never had blood work done there! They confused someone's blood with me, who never had any blood drawn. Oh My!
