A few weeks pass and no real relief. I had to go back to TOC. The pain was unbearable so I had to get fluid drained, twice. The local anesthetic was a minor poke. The harpoon used to drain fluid, that bad boy hurt. I can't imagine the pain without the local anesthetic. Two large tubes of fluid were removed, twice. I have gone 2 weeks in a row to get the fluid drained from my knee cap. Many thanks to Tom, Dr. Park's PA! I had an MRI. Dr. Parks told me I need a total knee replacement. I have the surgery scheduled late June. The schedule is full. The waiting room for people with knee problems is full all day. It doesn't matter if you have a morning or afternoon appointment. Thankfully Dr. Park's staff is efficient and they get patients in and out quickly. While I do not look forward to surgery, I know that surgery will allow me to get around better and improve quality of life. Many thanks to Dr. Park's and his staff. 5/5

She's very personable. Her office has a way that you can email questions & SHE personally responds to each email. Daycare called us today at 4:15pm to let us know our son had a 102 fever so I immediately called the pediatrician's office & even though they close at 3:45pm today, they still waited for to bring our son in. I can not thank the friendly staff & Godsent like Dr. DeSimone enough.

Another person was at the desk trying to take cate of her deceased mothers affairs, both clerks were so awesome with her, this was very touching. Next Allyson, a nurse for Dr Coomer took history, and other info needed along with another who assisted with vitals. Super super nice professional and kind!!! Jennifer , Dr Coomers PA is just absolutely amazing!!!! this is how every doctors office and visit should be!! Usually you are treating as if you have lost your ability to look ahead after healing not moving into your new future. This is the place for comforting, moral boosting and overall knowledge of how to care for my needs. Treat yourself to what you deserve. It was wonderful working with Physical Therapists who understand runners and cyclists both physically and emotionally. Every session is different and begins with questions about what has happened since the previous session. At that point, the Physical therapist adjusts the plan for the day if needed. Sessions with Andrea and Cindy (Madison, County Line location) included exercises plus hands-on treatment for specific areas including massage, rolling, suction cups or whatever is needed. With their education and decades of experience they identified spots that needed attention when I did not realize those spots were the source of problems. The initial examination was very thorough and documented to identify progress. Nesin's holistic approach really worked for me. I had two sessions at a large facility and knew the impersonal cookie-cutter approach was not a good fit for me. I am so grateful that I switched to Nesin. The NTS facility is not large and overwhelming but still has tremendous resources. The staff made sure I understood how to do specific exercises at home and were very reinforcing when my progress showed that I had been working. After sessions I felt spoiled and rewarded sitting with TENS (mild electrical current to reduce pain) and either ice or heat. I am incredibly grateful for the NTS team and highly recommend them.

The receptionist at the front desk was visibly irritated and informed him that they were not taking walk-ins tonight. There were two other families in the waiting room at that time, with one hour before closing. While my husband and son packed up to leave the clinic without being seen, I called the Huntsville location at 7:03. The receptionist was very pleasant, and confirmed that they were indeed still taking walk in patients. Ultimately, I opted to seek care in the Huntsville location tomorrow due to the amount of time it would take to travel between the two locations. I wish I could comment on the quality of care in Madison, but unfortunately the office experience didn't allow for that today. I understand how busy clinics can be, especially during the winter months; however, it is very frustrating to be turned away when the website clearly states that walk-ins are welcome.
