The minute I walked into the Hamilton Design Dental office I was greeted and treated well. I was taken in in a timely manner and met Mellisa who did my check up and cleaning. It's good to be in the chair of someone with so much experience! I thought I'd be nervous but seeing all of the up to date equipment and cleanliness of the office space made me feel at ease. She was very pleasant and answered all the questions I had. I especially liked how they take pictures of all of your teeth! Incredible technology. Dr. Keller is usually always friendly, but there was a woman dentist that came around to do the check in, and she just looked for 1 minute after I was waiting there for 10 minutes. She even asked if I "always talk to my customers the way I was talking to her," despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully; I simply expressed my frustration with how the situation was handled. As a parent, first impressions matter when choosing healthcare providers for my children.
