We also spoke to Jerry and had a great conversation with him! Everyone in there is great and you can definitely tell they love working there and teaching people about guns. Prices were great and affordable. And there were multiple guns you could choose from. Overall a great experience will definitely be going back and will definitely consider Them if you're looking to purchase a gun.

It's great that this indoor gun range has reopened under new management. They have a nice 6 station…read moreindoor range that can handle most rifle and pistol calibers. It's bright and clean and the prices for shooting are reasonable. Their website indicates $15/month which is less than other ranges in large cities charge for a single session. In addition they offer a Monday evening Bullseye league for only $5. This brings a lot of locals into the shop to shoot and talk and shop. It's nice to be able to meet other shooters, look at their equipment, and exchange info and ideas. It just gives the range an atmosphere that is more than a store. It's a place to go, hangout, and have some fun with others. I hope they keep up these leagues all year and maybe even expand them a little. It's a great way to get people into the shop. The range also offers training and safety classes that range from introductory to advanced which include live fire training. It's nice to have a place where even in winter, you can go for training without having to stand out in the cold or rain. In addition to the range they are a gun store and carry a full line of rifles, pistols, ammo, and other accessories. Their prices seem competitive with others on the area and the salespeople seem eager to help you find or figure out what you are looking for. All in all it's great to have a local indoor range again with new management who work hard to satisfy the customers and promote the shooting sports.

Great experience at 340 Defense. From top to bottom. Great range, great staff, great RSOs, and even…read morethe other patrons were relaxed and friendly. Shout out to Robert the RSO for coming by and chatting, and giving me tips on how to zero my rifle. Didn't catch the name of the guy at the counter, but he was great too. Me and my wife went for the non-member, hourly rate. We probably spent about 3 hours there ($45/hour, per person), but he ended up only charging me for the time, and said my wife didn't have to pay "since she didn't shoot too much" (although she definitely did). Ranges were at 15 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, and 300 yards (members only for the 300 range). Site had restrooms and water. Don't see how anyone could have a bad time here. RSOs were extremely chill and were always respectful (unlike RSOs at other ranges I've been to). Ranges were very cooperative, unlike anything I've seen at other places. Patrons are largely in control of going hot and cold, as long as every just gives the thumbs up, they're not timed or anything. Will definitely return, and probably look to become a member. They offer veteran discounts on membership too.

Well to my great pleasure the staff at front desk was extremely inviting, explained everything explicitly well, the facilities are excellent well maintained and organized. The RSO was quite knowledgeable and helpful. We spent a couple hours and we were impressed! Purchased a family membership and will be regulars from now on. FYI the ownership recently changed and not sure how it was before but this group seems to have there ducks in a row! The training range is separate so there is no scheduling issues of the ranges if they are open you can shoot! I highly recommend this friendly, clean and well organized facility!

First he spend a foot 15 minutes on the phone with me. He was so generous with his time and insightful with his answers I wanted to make sure to work with him when I went in. He told me his hours the next day, so I went and caught up with him. I had narrowed my selection to two guns. He encouraged me to try a third, which when i held it felt amazing in my hand. In that one moment I knew his rec was going to be the one even though I came in with two others. Then he encouraged me to shoot all three and alternate every 5 shots so I would get a feel for each. He said it would be clear after that. In the end, I ended up with the gun I least anticipated. It wasn't the one Bob brought to my attention. In fact it wasn't even the one I came in wanting. It was on only my list because I have shot that brand before (Sig) before and I needed something to compare my first choice too. The gun totally chose me. As I write this I am also currently shipping a gun to TMGN that I purchased online. Transfers there are quick. It's easy and it's reasonable pricing to transfer it in. For transfers you want to talk to Nicole. She goes out of her way to help even ran down customer emails that are sein the middle of the night. Can't really go wrong with The Machine Gun Nest!

I have since called the storefront and sent direct emails to the manager to resolve the issue and process my refund, but I am being completely ignored. It has been several days with zero response. At this point, the business is holding my money for an order I never picked up and explicitly canceled. I am highly disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and communication. I will be forced to dispute this charge with my bank if management does not respond and issue my refund immediately.
