The facility is welcoming and well laid out for accommodating multiple patients at a time. First, they told me…read moreone contracted amount per my insurance at the time of service, then 6 weeks later bill for another amount. Secondly, I was billed for services not rendered. I only received 45 minutes of therapy on the 2nd visit. Told the front desk so, they still charged me for a full hour, now they want a higher contracted amount. Third, their bill has no EOB, no contracted amount, or services rendeder. It is the poorest example of billing I have seen. Shady. Also--in my opinion--they made my condition worse, not better.
