When I began receiving "final notices" and service charges for late bills, I checked and almost none of my bills were sent out! Some from 2 months prior! There was plenty of money in my account to pay the bills. (I should mention that no money was withdrawn from my account, thank heavens.) Ok, I'm back to writing checks - which is fine. But now there is a recurring $4.25/mo charge on my account because I no longer use this service. What?! Will be switching as soon as I get the paperwork for my local bank finished.
