I sent VFC an email via IntelliChart, and it took them 4 days to get back to me.

I've had my father in a couple of other nursing homes, and the level of care and compassion here surpasses any other experience we've had. We have truly found our home, and that gives me tremendous peace of mind because I care so deeply for my dad. My father is living with end-stage kidney failure, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure he receives the care he needs. For example, they closely monitor transportation services and hold vendors accountable to make sure my dad gets to his medical appointments on time. Whenever there is an issue with an outside vendor, they address it immediately and advocate for their patients without hesitation. I am deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication this team shows every day. Knowing my father is surrounded by people who genuinely care has made an incredibly difficult time much easier for our family.

The original email they sent me said they would process medical Documentation for EDD within 48-72 hours, which so far has proven to be false information. At this point I am starting to think this practice is a farce and UNLESS someone gets in touch with me soon to help, I would not recommend this medical office. Considering going to BBB as well due to all of this. They do what they say up front and take your money quickly, but DON'T deliver on what is so important after the fact which is following through on their word to get documents done and communicate with me. But I would probably never wanted to walk in there anyways and you read can read about why. I got covid back in Feb of this year, and I was planning to travel internationally in March. Given the CDC guideline at that time, if you have recovered from COVID 19 in the past 90 days, you do not need a negative test to enter back into the country. Instead, you would need a document of recovery from your doctor. I wanted to get a document of recovery so that I don't need to pay $90 PCR test when I'm oversea. I thought this would be a relatively easy thing. I got on the phone with one of the NPs in this practice and shared what I need. The NP on the phone was surprised about the CDC guideline as if she had never dealt with COVID patients. She didn't know that you may test positive for a period of time, even though you've recovered (which means 14 days after you've tested positive). I provided links to the CDC guideline, my friend's document of recovery from another doctor as an example, the records of my positive record, and the latest negative PCR test. After multiple back and forth in the inbox, I still didn't receive my document of recovery... It made me very concerned about the competency of the NPs in this office. And I've switched my doctor's office.
