Instead of having me interview at the Sunny Isles location, they had me drive over an hour to the Brickell location. Once I got there, both the lady at the front desk and the manager I was about to interview with were both very cold and rude but I didn't think much of it. She then proceeded to ask me two questions during the interview, the first being my prior work experience and then asking whether I knew Spanish. I was struggling to understand her English because she had a strong accent and I said that I was new to the area and still learning it. She then ended the interview very abruptly and muttered "why do they keep sending people here that don't know Spanish?" I was shocked because the interview had lasted less than three minutes and asked if there was anything else I could do. She said no and dismissed me. I messaged the original coordinator who I had the zoom interview with explaining what happened and they proceeded to ghost me. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional as they could've asked about my language capabilities any time from my initial application to the zoom interview but instead had me drive over an hour each way just to ask two questions. The way it was handled was also very disrespectful and caused me to leave the place sobbing since it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I would imagine if this is how they treat their interviewees and future team members that they treat their customers even worse. Don't waste your time here.
