In November, we found out that she never wrote our auto policy either, despite having called in payment and quoting bundled policies, resulting in our homeowner's bill almost doubling. We switched agents because of this...I filed complaints with corporate. It is now January and I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners policy because she has had the check since October but never cashed nor forwarded the payment to the new office or State Farm.
