I've not had a bank account with these rude people very long I'm sure the other branches are not as…read morerude as the branch on highway 44 in Shepherdsville but Everytime I have to call my branch I dread it because the manager at this one location is completely rude as hell Everytime I have talked to her she is just a straight up bitch so there for I'm going to close my account and go to a different bank and not have to worry about getting talked to sideways Everytime and also I think I shouldn't have to explain to a bank when I am getting deposites or ask permission to buy something I want and so I would recommend don't go to the highway 44 branch try the one down the street on north buckman street they are nice people sojust saying if you're not loaded with money I would not recommend it

Pretty much it's going to come down to a convenient location, friendly staff and and that little bit of extra that draws you in. At the beginning of 2017 I left my old bank which was a few miles away from my house and that I had been at for 12 years, to come to Park Community. I will say that this branch isn't the most convenient bank for where I live. For the extra little travel time it is for sure worth the 15 minute drive to become a Shepherdsville Park Community member. The staff at the Shepherdsville Park Community Credit Union is more welcoming than any bank I've ever been to. Coming into the bank you will not find a speck of dirt anywhere. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere greats you coming through the foyer. It's nice to be greeted by your name as soon as you walk through the door. There is rarely a long line due to the knowledgeable tellers. They are able to process your transactions quickly and accurately, all while projecting a positive, friendly and energetic attitude. They are quick with a "happy birthday" on your special day and just might have something for you! That little extra that they give you. Most days something is happening. They're is always coffee and some sort of snack set out for members. Around any holiday you can count on the staff to be dressed for the occasion and have extra treats available for you. If there is a problem they are quick to solve it. If you are looking for the best bank around, this is your place!!!

But Alejandra reassured me that several of the other locations do have tellers - so I am thinking of this location as an ATM+. As Alejandra - one of the personal bankers - walked by me, I quickly shouted my question: "Is there any way I can get a new account without a picture ID?" Alejandra was just about as sweet and engaging as you can be when the answer is simply, "No". "How else can somebody send me money? I have lost my wallet and don't have any of my ID's or any cash!" There followed a maybe three-minute, very helpful brainstorming session between Alejandra and me and the young guy who she had come out of the office to help - who turned out to be another employee, Alston, on an off day. It was Alston who came up with the idea of using the Apple Pay on my phone. I think that is going to somehow play a role in solving my dilemma. Alston and Alejandra were both great at customer service and also very good problem-solvers. I would be delighted to have either of them as my cashier or my personal banker.

My favorite service is the coin counter and it came in handy when I hosted a penny wars fundraiser. Could you imagine rolling all those coins? I was prepared to do so, but my committee suggested that I head to the bank. They were right, there were a lot of coins. Also, there is a waiting area stocked with refreshments. Try it out.

Since I've never served in the military, my qualification is my father was a World War Two veteran. One advantage to belonging to Navy FCU is their customer service is open 24/7. Additionally, since they have very few branches across the U. S., most transactions can be done on line or via the telephone with customer service. Additionally, Navy FCU has ATM agreements with many other credit unions which allows you to access your accounts locally. I've not had any experience with loans from Navy, but I can tell you in general their savings rates are among some of the highest in the country. Navy has several savings specials throughout the year that are outstanding when compared to local institutions. Once I became an established member, the customer service via telephone has been outstanding. If you live in the Louisville area, the closest brick and mortar branch is in Radcliff KY, right outside one of the Fort Knox gates. I have visited this particular branch twice. Both times the business I needed to conduct was handled quickly and efficiently. So far I am extremely happy Navy FCU. One final note: Qualifying and establishing your account with Navy can be lengthy and requires several documents. Their security protocols can be difficult to establish, but this should give you peace of mind once established.

They made it very easy to open accounts, a customer service representative reached out to me to help make sure I had everything I needed. It was really easy and streamlined. I've gone into the bank itself a few times and have found it helpful it's very kind individuals. It's been a good banking experience.

How do I know he ignores them? He ended up including me on an email chain for an entirely different customer that shared a first name with me and then when I called him out on it and accused him of abandoning me and ignoring my emails for help from a week ago he proceeded to ignore me again once he realized he had messed up. All Eclipse does is sell your loan to someone else so why even get approved through them if this is how they treat you when your loan is sold off?

I made my cash deposit and she never even said a WORD once it was made. Just threw the receipt in the tube and walked away. Last week tried to close account but had to make cash deposit to bring total to 0.00 because unexpected auto withdrawal was posted. Teller told me I had to wait 24 hours before she closed and guaranteed that I did not need to return to close account and that she sent herself email to do it following day. Ha. I'm back at the branch a week later because she failed to do her job. And now she's arguing with me from another teller location. Ridiculously unprofessional. I've never had issues with other branches but unfortunately this was nearest my new home. Avoid at all costs.
