Well, wanting to take advantage of the lower price I went to PNC and maybe I stood out from all of those waiting in line since I wasn't of retirement age. A lady that I believe was the manager came directly up to me starting with small talk only to ask what my intentions were. I explained that I was making a withdraw to pay for a replacement central air system and she was MOTIVATED, really MOTIVATED to lend me money. Money that I didn't need to borrow, I only wanted to remove money, my own money from the bank to take advantage of a deal. This bank made me feel defensive about removing some of my own $$

5/3 Bank is fine. Honestly, I just don't think it's that different than other banks. Like most…read morebanks, they try to find any creative way to charge fees. And their rates are comparable to their competitors. They've go the services you need and a good number of area locations. That's really about all you can hope for. I have a hard time imagining another bank providing me a compelling reason to switch.
