January '25 I receive notice that my escrow is in deficit and I can pay additional 4,000 or increase my payment by 175. I chose to get a new loan. Finished the process quickly and went Advanz noticed of the payoff they disregarded the deficit. I signed for the loan and credit union removes the deficit from account. The account process was an absolute train wreck.. my advice is to no use them for any loan

For my money that's better than money markets and CD's. For anyone who tends to keep a large amount of cash in an account this is a hidden gem in Louisville. The one small drawback are ATM fees at other banks and overseas. To solve that issue keep a cash account at another bank with free ATM use worldwide.
