I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this auto shop. I originally brought my car in to have the valve cover gasket repaired. After the work was supposedly completed, I later had my oil changed and was informed there was still an oil leak coming from the same area. Concerned, I brought my car back to this shop to have them take another look. Instead of properly reevaluating the issue, they told me nothing was wrong with the valve cover gasket and claimed the leak was coming from something else. This didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. The second mechanic confirmed that the leak was in fact coming from the valve cover gasket, the exact issue I originally paid this shop to fix. This means the problem was either not repaired correctly or not addressed at all. It's frustrating to spend money on a repair, only to be dismissed when you return with a legitimate concern. I expected accountability and a willingness to stand behind their work, but instead I was given incorrect information and no real resolution. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I suggest others get a second opinion before trusting them with important repairs. read more

However they called and said it was actually my back brakes and rotors that needed to be repaired and they were right . The only complaint I have was the guy told me he would order the parts from Mercedes for 800 but I just called and ordered through Mercedes myself and the parts were only 600. read more

If you live in Lake Elsinore and need a fabulous auto repair shop, DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE else. Charlie was the most honest young man I have ever encountered in the auto repair business (and I am 65). He was kind and polite, explained everything to me in a way a nice young man would explain things to his mother! He also gave me advice on why my car (a 20-year old Jetta) could soon start costing me more in repairs than the car was worth. He also recommended to me the cars he services that only come in the shop for regular maintenance and not major repairs. I also noticed that the place was hopping with other customers and they were obviously regulars because everyone knew each other by name. Finally, I stop by the liquor store and was so excited that I found an honest auto repair shop, I was sharing my good news with the owner, and the owner of the liquor store knew exactly what auto repair shop I was referring to. Do Not Go Here Took my car in to get my ac repaired, 2 months later it failed, when I took my car back they kept my car for an entire month. 4 entire weeks. And when I finally got my car back he gave me my keys, laughed and said well at least the ac is fixed. I thought he was laughing because he was embarrassed it took a month. When I got to my car there was oil spilled on the rear windshield, sweat and dirt smeared all over the inside of my front windshield, my dash was not reinstalled properly which makes some of the buttons stuck and unusable, my car is a hybrid with an economy mode, now when I push that button nothing happens so now my gas mileage is suffering.
