This branch also has many people who speak Spanish, so clients who speak only Spanish can get the help they need. The Branch Head, Norma, is very friendly and leads her branch well! I'm trying to get a job, but if they take my car how will I get to work to pay this "loan" off. It has a bad motor, transmission slips yet they are going to take it from me and make my life even worse. So I not only got scammed for the money but now the bank is going to scam me and take my car so I will 100 percent be not making any payments. Don't you have insurance for this type of things? So now if I do get a job, im screwed cause I can't get to work. At first they told me not to worry these things happen. Then they tell me I have to file and fill out for as if I'm filling out a loan. How is this going to help me, it's not.
