No one ever did called me back. So I called not once but four times, all within three weeks period. All I heard was that they're so sorry and that they'll speak to the staff at the confirmation department. No one ever did called me back. I was really hoping to have an MRI done at this office since it has an open MRI machine. I believe having the MRI at Metro Healthcare Partners would have lessened my anxiety of close places but it has instead created more stress because I really need this done. I guess I will have to use medication to mellow me out before visiting any other MRI center. I really have to get this done.

(2) Tardy - patients have to wait at least 45 mins to 1 hour to be seen; even though, scheduled appointments are given. Patients are there before the medical staff shows up and when the medical staff shows up - they are sluggish and slow as they try to organize themselves for the patients who have a scheduled appointment. (3) Don't practice SOCIAL DISTANCING - too many patients are booked for the same time causing the waiting lounge to be crowded and cannot sit / stand the CDC recommended distance - 6ft - from one another. (4) We are still in the pandemic and they would not allow a phone conversation simply to discuss results. Unfortunately, I have been here a few times, so I know for sure that my reasons listed above are valid. And I am willing to have a discussion with anyone who thinks different.

My experience has been very bad with this Center. I was there for a surgery in August 2022. At the…read morefront desk, I asked if the two insurances I had at the time cover me and whether I am in network. They answered yes. I found out after the surgery, that this place was out of network. At the time when I interrogated how come they made a mistake, they repy with, the Anesthisiologist will accept any compenasation he receives. 2.5 years after the surgery they suddenly remembered me and they send me bills. Meanwhile the place is not good, kind of a place you would expect in a war somewhere, but they charge more than HSS. Finally, although this is not their fault, the surgery was not successful.

They all reassured me in the kindest way that it was nothing to be afraid of. The technician who inserted the IV was awesome -- it was very quick and I hardly felt anything. Plus, he joked around with us. My nephew was holding my hand, and the man said, "So long as you don't hit him," or something to that effect. The nurse was lovely, and both she and the technician explained everything as it was going on. It was a positive experience and helped me to have faith and confidence in medical personnel. It means everything to an anxious patient when the staff are kind. I hope that these people keep up their good work. Oh, and the building is new, nicely kept, and pleasant to look at, both inside and outside.

As I made my way from Forest Hills in Queens, I dabbled in thinking that I'm traveling too far for a procedure I can have administered closer to home. I care not to sit in traffic, I've no pressing desire to park in foreign neighborhoods and definitely not any interest to take the two trains necessary, its the quality of the care I'm interested in. My body has taken some lumps along my life's journey, some self inflicted, some hereditary. Either way, it was time to get down to brass tracts and quell my concerns about a few issues, primarily my heart. My cardiologist, Dr. Kuznetsov administered my stress test watching closely for any indications to properly assess my health as it relates to the procedure. The entire staff was incredibility helpful and sincere with their care. I had my own locker to store my personal items, a nice touch.

Explained to receptionist that want to see another doctor, because 2019 visit experience was very unpleasant- very long wait and short exam with medications that my husband is allergic to (that was mentioned in his chart). Anyway , receptionist convinced me to schedule with dr. Chalik as he is a very good doctor. He might be good, but cares less about his patients, because this time it was another HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES wait without explaining , and as I was told later when called to complain, only TWO patients in the office. My husband heard that Dr. was on the phone in his office instead of seeing patient. It might have been an important call, but the same happened in 2019 appointment. That is not mentioning that we received copayment bill from previous visit just last week - thats over a year later! And we did pay on the spot, as was asked prior to even getting to see a nurse. On my question "Are not we going to discuss my problem?" - the answer was: "What IS your problem?..". Need to mention that I came to this doctor with the reference (from another specialist) describing my problem. I have also been questioned by three office assistants before seeing the doctor and they all seamed to be writing down all that I said about my problem. The doctor just did not bother to read or ask! At my second visit (after going through unnecessary and unrelated to my problem procedures for a few weeks) he just told the assistant to take some test and - got disappeared! He just left and never came back! And he still seamed to be unaware of what is my problem! Did not even ask! A lot more to say but what had been said is enough to get an overall impression. Inattentive, rude, negligent person. Horrible experience!
