Terrible customer service. Got hung up on by the nurse because I wanted to switch doctors due to needing to be seen sooner for a surgery that I was needing on an unrelated medical issue. My doctor won't perform the surgery I need until after my cardiologist clears me. Needless to say they are very unaccommodating at this location. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Other than the waiting area being cold and it taking a while to see the doctor the ladies and gents here have been extremely pleasant to deal with. They are kind and patient and take their time with their patients. I am just having some tests run but so far they have been extremely professional! read more

I am not sure if this office is indicative to the health care in Kentucky but after PCS sing here from another state this office was horrible. I called to make an appointment and could not get seen for two months tried to have my medical records sent there and it was a huge hassle. The records staff assured me they would have my records by the time of my appointment which was untrue. When I called to double check they had nothing. I told the front desk to cancel my appointment until I can get my records because it was a waste of time for both of us do you think they did no then I received a letter in the mail saying that I was a no-show for my appointment learn to do your job please.The front staff for appointments is just horrible they don't wanna help patients at all it's basically a factory. Given the fact that I was wearing an event monitor when I received my appointment you would think that they would want the results they didn't care at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody do your research Before even thinking about coming to this place. read more
