They are cheaper but getting someone to call you back about results is non-existent and getting the correct results is hard as well.

Heartland Imaging - Elizabethtown Visited 20 February 2023 (President's Day) After seeing my primary care on 10 February 2023 for an ongoing issue, I was referred for imaging. Due to past experiences, I assumed it would be a long, arduous wait to get my imaging appointment scheduled. I was surprisingly wrong. On 15 February 2023, I was contacted to schedule an appointment. That's 5 calendar days from referral to appointment. That was fast! Even faster was the actual appointment. I was able to get scheduled for 20 February 2023. If you've been counting, that's 10 days from referral to appointment. I was especially surprised since it was a holiday (President's Day). But, they were open and had quite a few others their for their appointments. On the day of my appointment, I checked in, filled out the required paperwork, then was sent back to the waiting area where I was directed to a changing room where all clothing and metal objects were to be removed. After changing, there are lockers to secure your clothes and other personal items. Shortly after changing, the imaging technician called me back for my scans. Overall, the check-in experience was good, and all the staff I encountered were pleasant, but that's where it ended. If you've ever had an MRI, then you know how loud the machine can be (the technician provided headphones, and I was able to make music genre requests. This made the loud noises a little better). Also, depending on which body part is getting scanned, it can be uncomfortable. This was especially uncomfortable for me because I was apparently too long for the machine. I was lying on my stomach with my legs dangling off the end. My shins were right at the edge of the table to it rubbed thee entire time. Other than the unavoidable issues, it was an okay appointment, and I would recommend Heartland Imaging for their fast availability and convenient times. read more

The only complaint I have is that their check in procedures notification & emails have different time of arrival. I had one that said arrival 15 mins and saw another that said arrival 60 mins. Overall though they are great!! The staff at the desk, friendly & informative. The technician I had was very nice & had the best bedside manner & was so patient. She talked me through the whole process & answered my questions & concerns even after the procedure was over. She kept making sure I was doing well throughout my entire visit there. The best thing was my Dr got my results back that same day. All of my imaging needs will have to go to Heartland from this day onwards. read more

Visited LTR today for a procedure. Andrea and Heather were personable and professional. The wait was only 10 minutes. In my opinion, LTR is the only place to have any of the procedures they offer. I do not work there nor was I paid to post this review. read more

Such a wonderful staff from entry to exit! They are quite efficient as well. My favorite interaction was with the MRI Tech Tim. I shared my concerns going into the MRI. He told me "Listen, you are going to do your best and I'm going to do my best". There were two distinct sounds that took me back to combat deployments but I just kept telling myself... Tim is doing his part and he needs you to do your part. Because of his comment, I was able to get through. My only regret is when the MRI was over I didn't share this with him. Made an appointment for 11:45 and got a text message confirming my appointment for 12:15. That's not what they said. Got a link to preregistration and do my paperwork. That's what the extra 30 minutes is for. why can't they just say, "well make you an appointment but we really don't care because we are going to do things on our schedule anyway." they really do not care about their customers. read more

My 1st time here. Staff at reception desk was very friendly. We got there 20 min early as they requested, to fill out paper work. Right away we were offered something to drink (coffee or water) our waiting time was 10 min. The technician was knowlegable and friendly. Requested a copy of my data on a CD. It took only 10 min to receive it before I left. Will recommend this facility. read more

Had a 10:00 appointment. Got there 20 mins early to fill out paperwork and such. 10:50 I finally go ask if I am being seen today or what? 11:00 finally taken back for the exams, 2 10 mins long each. Told it would take 5 mins to burn the disc so I could take it to my Dr.s. Finally left office with disc at 12:00, high noon. over 2 full hours for a 20 minute exam. It may be cheap but my time is worth something too. read more
