The central air-conditioning in my home was not working. Another company had come out a week before…read moreand added Freon. However it still was not blowing cool air. I called Jon at AMS, and he came out the next day. No surprise, there was no Freon in the unit. He added Freon and came back a couple of days later to check the pressure. Unfortunately there was not enough Freon in the system for it to operate. Clearly was a leak somewhere. He spent time in the attic and outside attempting to identify the source of the leak. Unfortunately he was not able to determine the source of the leak. He took the time to isolate each part of the system and to pressurize each part again. He returned three days later and was able to identify the source of the leak. It was in the condenser unit. Fortunately, he called the manufacturer of the unit and discovered it was still under warranty. He ordered the replacement condenser to be shipped from back east, at no cost. Once the condenser arrived at his shop, he came out to my house the next day and installed the new part, and was able to get the entire system up and running like new! Plus, the new part came with a new 10 year warranty! I would like to praise Jon for his patience and skills to isolate and determine the source of that leak. And to thank him for obtaining a new part which has a new warranty on it. Thank you Jon for your patience and skills to repair the air-conditioning unit and make my house comfortable again! I would give this contractor 10 stars if I could ! Jon at AMS is the only heating and air-conditioning service that I would call in the future!

It was the second time James has come to my home. Both times, I found him dismissive and condescending. Frankie came to confirm the ducts were not the foil tubes. He was able to do the job the next week. And showed me how the cooling part of the system worked. The other companies were charging 80 per duct and would not clean the floor ducts. Frankie cleaned and sanitized our 7 overhead and 12 floor ducts and cleaned out the furnace area and filter for $785.00. I truly thank them, our breathing is better now.

Owner said his name was Ivan, he knew everything that was going on. Whole thing seemed like a scammed. We canceled the service but still had to pay Frank for coming out. Frank wouldnt take payment with card. Had to be check or cash. And check had to be written out to Frank not the company. Never received a receipt. His truck had no signage of company name. When we called the next day, he called my father a "fag" and hung up on him. DO NOT USE COMPANY
